New conformal coating system that does not spinnability(angel hair) by FSCC06 Selective Spray Coater

FS micro spray gun utilizing atomization system with solvent mist fog, spray coating technology that does not spinnability with even high viscosity material. We developed a technology that can spray paint and adhesive etc. without spinnability(angel hairs). We have already applied for overseas patents and have already been put to practical use for painting, and we will proceed to develop conformal coatings such as moisture proof and insulation on the mounting board in the future. When applying Elepcoat (model LSS 540 MHF) manufactured by Nitto Shinko Corp. which is a solvent-containing moisture proof insulating material, angel hair occurs unless weight ratio is 1: 1 in order to counteract angel hair with air spray or airless spray. (External division 100% weight ratio dilution) By using this spray coating device, the following good results were born. Coating application results Coating material: Conformal coating material Elepcoat type model LSS 520 MHF (manufactured by Nitto Shinko Co., Ltd.) Undiluted solution 400CPS Solids content 15-35%   As the solvent to be contained, methyl cyclohexane, mineral spirit Solvent used for making solvent mist: mineral spirit The amount of solvent used that does not cause angel hair and the results of application under each condition are shown below. The amount of mineral spirits generated by solvent mist preparation when 6.89 CC of the above stock solution was applied, With 1.5 CC (diluted 22%), it was possible to apply without problems. Automatic spray gun: Model FSCC 06 Selective spray coater low ejection volume micro spray gun used.
