10. Set up objectives for quarterly, yearly and 3 years plan
11. Set up KPIs. Less is more
12. Create marketing campaigns plan for a year
13. Create a tracking sheet with the reversed engineered from goal
14. Monitor performance and adjust marketing plans monthly
15. Enable teams with structures and training program
16. Keep tracking on the growth of the organizations and changes onboarding accordingly?
17. Set the rhythm of sync up and celebrate achievements
18. Evaluate the growth stage (pre-PMF, post-PMF, and expansion)
19. Change marketing campaigns based on strategic direction, competitors move and growth stage
20. Repeat from no 5 to no 19
