Bapak's Theory of Reincarnation Part 2/

2018-05-09 | 日記
December 11, 1977 - Bapak
Our Latihan Kejiwaan is something that is aimed at something beyond this world, beyond what exists in this world.
In the latihan we experience a deactivation of our heart and mind, because the heart and mind are limited to this world and cannot go beyond it.

As with Sang Hyang Sis, whom Bapak described to you - although he obtained what he wanted, and became something very tremendous, very powerful and very glorious, yet it was all within this material world. (Note 2)

This is why those who follow Sang Hyang Sis, those who follow his footsteps and his method, they always require reincarnation. (Note 5)
They require always to come back to this world.

This is why, for example, in Tibet when they are looking for their new leader, a new king or a new high priest, or what is called the Dalai Lama, they always try to find a baby who was born exactly at the moment when the last Dalai Lama died, so that the fruit of the reincarnation of his spirit or his soul can be obtained. (Note 6)

This is then the difference between what we have received.
It is the same, of course, in India.
They maintain that they always advise that people should lead a very good life.

They should practice asceticism and self-denial in this life, and do a lot of fasting and praying and staying awake at night, and all these things, so that they may become thereby a person who is truly 'Mika' - which means that when they die they can leave this world.(Note 4)

But what that means for them is that they are then in a position that when they come back to this world, they can choose where they go.

They have a freedom to choose.
And then maybe next time they will choose a baby or an embryo or whatever who they can see will be destined to become very wealthy in this life, or very successful,or have a very high position, or become a king maybe.(Note 4)

But, of course, there aren't many kings nowadays, so maybe they will become president, or something like that.
So - it always relies on reincarnation and coming back into this world.
Whereas in Islam, for example, or Christianity, or in the other religions, it is completely different.

There is no reincarnation.
Islam means life.
So religion as we know it, as Islam or Christianity, means life.
(Note: The religion that Bapak says here is of the kind that is said to be the religion of Abraham.)

That is, in theory.
Even though religion is eternal life, it has still to be put into practice - and many people do not know how to put it into practice.

They only stay with the theory, and that's why they still practice things in the ordinary way, as Bapak has just described.
(Note: This is asserted that "for many people following each religion, however, reality is not accompanied.")
・・・・・
So what is meant by this is to remind people that the power of God is actually the 'feeling' - is in the 'feeling' or through the 'feeling'.

And this is what we have received now by the Grace of Almighty God.
That is, we have received this contact with the power of God through His will in this Latihan Kejiwaan.

And the purpose of this is indeed that we can feel the contact with the power of God, that we can feel the life of our jiwa - that is, a vibration of life that comes free from the influence of the heart and mind while we are still alive in this world.
Why?

The purpose is that this understanding, this awareness of our life in this world, can be transferred to the jiwa, so that when we die, when the heart and mind are no longer there, the jiwa doesn't feel strange.
(Note: It is claimed that people can transcribe and retain the living memory to jiwa, that is, individuality is preserved after death.)

It has acquired the experience or the reality of its life in this world, so that we can still be aware and still be conscious.
(Note: In the usual case, people fall in unconscious or become unconscious when they die.)

3-feb,1980 - Bapak
But the things that people do dream of and achieve through effort, these are istijrat.
Thus when people acquire supernatural powers and become invulnerable, that is istijrat.
When they die, these people cannot go on to the next world.
They cannot do that.
Such people belong to this world.
That is why they are reincarnated.
Thus in Bapak's case, according to Bapak's receiving, he will not reincarnate when he dies, but will go on.
・・・・・
If it is the will of' God and God is guiding you, then in everything you do, hether waking or sleeping and in all your activities, all your actions, you will feel the guidance and direction of the One Almighty God.
You will have evidence that the zat, the power of God really does surround you both inwardly and outwardly.
So that death, which people usually regard as a hazard to life, will not feel like that for such people; people who have received wahyu (benefit of heaven) from the One Almighty God.
For what is called the world after death will have already become one with this world, so that there is nothing standing between them.
(Note: The posthumous world and this world are one thing, the claim that there is no obstacle.)

April 8, 1984 - Bapak
In religion it has already been explained that man is not allowed to despair, for a man who despairs is ugly, sinful, one who does not have faith in God.

For example, he looks for this and can't find it, he looks for that and can't get it, he wants to work at this and he can't, he wants to work at that and he can't.

So he says: 'I may as well just die because they say that when you die that's the end of it, the end of the story of our life.'
Not at all!

Jesus himself said: 'Death is the continuation of life'.
So it is clear that death is not the end, and life goes on.
The question is, which way does it go?

Does it go on going backwards or does it go on going forwards?
Does it continue upwards or does it continue downwards?
This, too, has been explained in the Buddhist religion, it is called 'reincarnation'.

Not in Islam .
Islam does not want reincarnation, they would like to avoid it
if they can, that is.

But if Muslims still behave in the way Bapak just described, still killing each other,
notwithstanding that they are of the same religion and of the same race, then who will be able to raise them up at the end?
Up there, there is no room for people like that.

Hell is small compared to what is called heaven, but small as it is it can contain many.
So it is dear that people who are bad, people who are ugly, people who are destitute are more numerous than those who are rich, intelligent or dean.

That is God's decree.
Nevertheless, brothers and sisters, God makes it possible for man to keep away from himself such a fate - but don't forget, that you can only do so if you receive God's help.

April 21, 1984 - Bapak
We were born naked.
Later, when we die when we return, we will be naked again.

And when we leave this world, we take nothing with us.
And yet, as the Dutch proverb says, death is just a continuation of life.

And it is when we die that we see our mistakes.
We got stuck in the material, stuck in the vegetable, stuck by the animal, the human.
Why did we get stuck on things, on eating, on relations with others?

By avoiding those very forces which are supposed to accompany man's life, the result is not strength, but weakness.
Instead of rising above these forces, as intended, we fall below them ( after death ).
And that is how it is, brothers and sisters, that what is called reincarnation transpires as the result of our own mistakes.
By incarnation is meant that which is described and which is said to occur in India.

In India they say there are cows which have the souls of people.
They say there, "That cow has a human soul".
But it's not just that human souls inhabit cows alone:
trees can also have such souls in them; material objects, too.

This is what is related in India.
It's like the story of Aladdin's lamp - the person who rubs the lamp gets sucked into a satanic abode.

And why?
Because of a person's own mistakes.
Why does all this happen?
Because of using the thinking, the heart and the mind, in the wrong way.

This is why Bapak wants to tell you something - something Bapak said to members outside Jakarta recently, but nevertheless worth repeating here: Never have, in the least, the heart or willingness to hurt or harm others; much less, a feeling of vengeance or hate.
This is absolutely not allowed.

In verses of the Holy Koran it is said: A person in Islam must never have a feeling of hate or revenge towards another Muslim.
For the feeling of resentment, the bearing of grudges, the will to revenge - means that the person who carries that feeling will be incarnated into the person, lace or thing which he takes revenge against, or, in other words, into the very kind of person he resents.

This is the reality.
If you are a man and you are married and your wife happens to be pregnant and carrying a child, and if you happen to hate someone, then the child who will be born to you will be like the one you hate.

Yes. And even if the one you despise is intelligent, kind and beautiful, the ( child you have ) will be not intelligent, not kind, not good.
It will register that way.
And all this is of man's own making.

July 8, 1984 - Bapak
When he was in this world he said, Here, I am vulnerable to whatever you wish to do to me but that is not the situation in the next world.
Here in this world we still need food and we are still offended if people don't like us.

We are still offended if we make something and people criticize it because we are still connected with what is in this world.
And if we continue to be connected, then we end up like the Javanese of the olden days that Bapak described.
They still live in this world, they are still here, still working, because of that connection with what is in this world.
(Note: things that we usually call ghosts)

That is what is called incarnation which leads to reincarnation.
In Islam they don't like reincarnation; but although they don't like it, they also don't understand how to avoid it.
The problem is that most religion is still like a fantasy, or rather, people's faith in religion is still in the realm of fantasy.

Like Muslims will say, "When you break your fast with a date, every date will be planted in the next world so that when you reach heaven you will have one date-palm for every date you ate when you broke your fast.
So eat as many dates as you possibly can.

Well, people don't understand that of course that story is simply to promote Arabian exports ( laughter ) and it was simply, the interest of those who were spreading Islam and had nothing to do with religion itself.

June 11, 1985 - Bapak
The nature of the latihan kejiwaan is to show us our origin.
It is to show us where we have come from, where we have descended from, or what is our inner content.
It will show us whether inside us we have an elephant or a cow or a goat - or whatever it is.
These are all real things; if it is something like an elephant or a goat, this is fine because at least you can see it.
But, supposing you are a mosquito, it means that there is no reality in your experience.

So, brothers and sisters, it is really true that there is such a thing as reincarnation - that you go from the material to the vegetable to the animal to the human.
This is what is really important - now that you are on a human level, try not to go back again, to being a cow or a goat.
Try to stay where you are, at least, if not go forward. (Note 7)

27-Feb, 2015 - Ibu
Ibu: Well, it happens.
He tends to get influenced; his ancestors influence him.

In fact, in Subud, reincarnation does not apply.
But there are spirits that have not been accepted [by God] yet.
In most cases, if someone is in Subud, purification will suffice.
They will not have to live again or come back again. No. (Note 8)

5-Feb, 2016 - Ibu
So, do not say, if we are in Subud, we will all go to heaven.
Why do you think that ?
Bapak will take us there ?
That is not possible, Bapak cannot take you to heaven.
You must each make the effort yourself.
Bapak simply provided the way.
He is not going to give you a piggy-back ride to heaven, no.
You have to make the effort yourself.

Note 2
For Said Anwas, Said Anwar, Sang Hyang Sis, see this article. <-- Link (Sorry,Under construction)

Note 4
I looked for Mika , but I did not understand.
At this moment the details are unknown.

In addition, if it says "If the way of Anwas is going through in India" is the meaning of Hinduism, then the understanding that "they want to return to this world to live a good life" is a misunderstanding .
Please refer to this article for the stance on reincarnation of Hinduism. <-- Link

As you can see in that article, "It is clear that they want to achieve the liberation from the reincarnation, to enter into the immortal world of Brahman, and to be released forever with the Supreme Self state" .

Note 5
Here Bapak is talking about Java's legend or myth that Anwas who is the grandson of Adam and who was supposed to be called Sang Hyang Sis is the origin of Buddhism and Hinduism.
However, it is like a story made to spread Islam into Java.

For this matter, please refer to the article on the link destination of Note 2 for the details of the contents.
(However, Bapak is called "Anwas", but in many records it is said that Anwar became Sang Hyang Sis.

Note 6
In this context, the Dalai Lama is treated like an example of "a person who follows the way of Sang Hyang Sis" and "who is returning as a excellent person with power".
Well, is this indication true?
The Dalai Lama 's " Reincarnation System" is explained by Homepage as follows.
・ The history of discovering the 14th Dalai Lama and the Reincarnation system <-- link
Whether you view the Dalai Lama, who repeats incarnations, as a "bodhisattva line" like Homepage or who wants to be seen as "a person who wants to return to this world always seeking a position, a person who is incarnating for a better life" .

You view the Dalai Lama who repeats incarnations as a "bodhisattva being" like Homepage .
Or you view the Dalai Lama as "a person who wants to return to this world and always seeking a position, a person who is incarnating for a better life" .
Which viewing is right?
I would like to leave it to the judgment of the reader.

On the other hand, do Buddhists of Tibetan Buddhism want to return to this world ?
You can see how it looks from the "Book of the Dead" characteristic of Tibetan Buddhism. <-- Link

As you can see from this point, it is "to aim for disengagement from the Circle of Reincarnation".
And although this is a personal awareness, I understand that in Tibetan Buddhism at first they are hoping to be disengagement from the Circle of Reincarnation.
But if it can not be done ,then they are hoping to born again to human being not to animal or others being like plants.

Note 7
The position of Bapak here is "If you can not get out of the Circle of Reincarnation, you should at least try to incarnate as a person."
If this is Bapak who admits Reincarnation, it seems that it will be such advice naturally
And again, this stance seems to be the same as the stance of Tibetan Buddhists at all.

Note 8
”In most cases, if someone is in Subud, purification will suffice.
They will not have to live again or come back again. No. ”

Here, it seems that Ibu seems to have been claimed that "80% - 90% of members will leave the circle of reincarnation".
Then, from the explanation of Bapak that "Only members who have reached rohani level are leaving the circle," it is said that 80% of our association menbers are Rohani level.
However, it seems that such things are not real.
So I thought that this was merely a lip-service to members.

Summary
Bapak talks with "Tuhan Yang Maha Esa" (the only one god). <--Link (Sorry,Under construction)
They translate it into English as "God Almighty".
Then Japanese translation becomes "the only Almighty God".

Bapak says "I am Islam."
We understand that "Bapak is Islam (orthodox)".
But in reality Bapak's Islam is Javanese Islam (Javanese traditional Islam). <--Link (Sorry,Under construction)

Bapak talks about Adam.
We understand that "Bapak is talking about the Old Testament Adam."
But in reality Bapak was talking about Adam in Islam, and thus Adam as a legend / myth in Java. <--Link (Sorry,Under construction)

Well, in that way, we judge by ourselves that "Bapak who is Islam can not accept Reincarnation of Buddhism and Hinduism."
Actually, however, Bapak has admitted the ring of Reincarnation, and he talked about it with many talks.

Summary of issues (what Bapak said)
・ The ring of Reincarnation exists.
・ Everyone is in a ring of Reincarnation.
・ There is a reincarnation by karma (incarnation?),too.
・ Bapak claims that "People are reincarnated by their own mistake."
(Note: What is mistake ... know only the power to use on the earth, and as a result, it ties strongly to the earth)
・ The mistakes (Karma) accumulated up to now can be cleaned by Latihan.
(Note: however, the condition that we will not disturb purification by Latihan will come out.) <--Link (Sorry,Under construction)
・ If you reach Rohani level by Latihan you will be away from the ring.

・ The four low-order forces are limited only to the earth.
・ Therefore, you can not leave the earth (leave the ring) with the training method mainly using them.
・ Sang Hyang Sis is a symbol of such a way.

・ Buddhists and Hindus are not aiming for disengagement from the circle but aim to reincarnate to people who can always live a good life.
(Note: This is probably a misunderstanding of Bapak.)

・ Only know the four low-order forces, use only that, people who have spent their life never leave the ring of Reincarnation.

・ Muslims, Christianity, or other Abraham religions do not like Reincarnation.
・ However, those who follow those religions do not know how to leave the ring of Reincarnation.
(Note: therefore it is not certain whether people belonging to those religions will get out of the ring of Reincarnation.)

PS
Thus in Bapak the existence of "the only one god" and the thing called "The ring of Reincarnation" coexist without any contradiction.
And in fact it is different from our commonsense thinking or widely well-known way of thinking, but despite that, it is possible that both exist at the same time .
It seems that there is no reason to say "No" rationality.

Well, Latihan does not discriminate sex, race, thought, religion.
If that is the case, also "the area of the heaven" beyond that does not discriminate.

Bapak made it the destination of Jiwa (soul) over Rohani levels.
Then people call it with various names.
It is said for example, heaven, the resident of heaven of Jiwa of Rohani, the destination of the soul (jiwa) away from the ring of Reincarnation , moksa, Nirvana and so on.
As Bapak says, if Jiwa is eternal, and if Jiwa is in the ring of Reincarnation, the jiwa who left that ring will go only one place too.
Then, it seems that there is nothing to get even if we argue about the name of place.

Then Latihan can be regarded as a concrete, natural, and so powerful method, which makes it possible to leave the ring of Reincarnation by purifying and eliminating human karma.
To be a little supplemented, "being concrete" does not mean that people create something using human imagination or concentration, do not need to achieve something, but it means that Latihan itself is substantive .
So it is said that "only to receive " is need for people.

The meaning of "being nature" means that Latihan is aimed at the original self, not aiming to be different from myself.
Then saying that "being nature but powerful" acknowledges that the direction to which Latihan is aiming, the direction of purification that Latihan brings is the direction in which he should go, "I am good in that direction" If you do, Latihan will eventually mean that it is strong enough to lead him to liberation.
However, if you say " it is no good or that direction is different", if you put yourself in the present state as "good", if you restore what Latihan purified, and if you return it yourself, purification will be in a stepping state, It means that Latihan never forces further purification. (Note 10)
In other words, in Latihan's way, "the will of a person is respected", and no enforcement works.
As a digression, this seems to be deeply involved in the formation of this world.
In other words, it is the world structure that the ring of Reincarnation eventually accepts incarnation with self-responsibility, and its premise is that "the free will of a person is respected".

Note 10
Of course it is basically impossible for us to lead the direction of purification of Latihan in a way that we are desireed or wanted by our ego which is usually referred to as a persona that is consisted by thought and emotion.
Therefore, in pursuit of purification of Latihan, or advancement of progress, it is in vain that "all the trainee acts" we think active as "good things" .
On the contrary, Bapak says that it will end up as a result of interfering with Latihan.
(However, this content does not interfere with practice of spiritual or physical practice, training, exercise, which has nothing to do with Latihan's purification and progress, which is carried out separately from Latihan and does not have such intention.)
