The Boston Red Sox won..

　 The Boston Red Sox advanced to the World Series with a crushing 11-2 victory over the Cleveland Indians at Fenway Park on Sunday, taking the American League Championship Series by a 4-3 margin with the Game Seven victory.

I'm glad to　hear the nwes that the Red Sox won.
I feels like Mr Matsuzaka dosen't do his ability in U.S.A.
In Major Leagues the first year, he won 15 games, but it' seem to not be good pitching all the time.

I think that there are various reasons.
The major leaguer hits his ball which Japanese player couldn't hit.
The mound in U.S.A is different from Japanses.
A climate, the food are different, too.
The off days until his next pitch are different.
There are many pressure for him.

But I think that Mr Matsusaka is great.
He accomplish the minimum work in any kind of environment.
I look forward to watching the World Series.

In fact ... I support Mr kazuo Matsui most.

夫は、連日報道していると。
こちらでは、中継が（地上波）はなかったので見ていないが、夫は、しっかりテレビ観戦。
感想を聞くと、松坂は凄くよい出来ではなかったような？と

朝のトクダネでコメンテーターの一言。
「破格のお金で移籍している割に、たいしたことないとアメリカでは酷評も多いようだが、最低限の仕事はしてる。最低限でも、どんな環境でもやれるというのは、やはり凄いと。」
なんだか・・・妙に納得してしまった。
多分、思って以上に環境が違っていたのか？
来年こそ真価が問われるのでしょうね。

Mr. Ototake Hirotada

I watched on TV program called "the room of Tetsuko" last week.
The guest was Mr. Ototake Hirotada.
He has a physical disability that there are not limbs.
His way of life is written in "Body dissatisfaction."
I read it 5 years ago.
He overcomes difficulty and lives happily.

He became a sportswriter, but now he works as the teacher of the elementary school.
He obtained a teacher's licence while working .

He wanted to tell children.
"All the people may be different each. You do not need to be the same."
I heard his story and was impressed.

I read the book called " That's why I go to school".
I recommend this book.

彼は、「五体不満足」で有名になりすぎて、自分の生き方を模索していたよう。
凄いのは、障害を克服するにとどまらず、社会のために貢献すべくなにかを捜し求めていることかな？

車の免許をとり、働きながら教員免許をとり・・・ほんとに頭が下がる。
でも、彼は　いつも一人ではない。
やっぱり人のつながりって大切ですね。

A series of tornado.

In my house , I can always talk with a husband in picturephone.
A skype is very convenient and it is free　of charge.
My husband told that "a tornado warning" was given yesterday.

Today I watched the news about the tornado on CNN.
Fortunately, the place living in my husband was not the damage, but another area was the damage by a big tornado.

CNN NEWS (An extract)-- ( A series of tornadoes killed three people and left a broad swath of destruction in Michigan after the same storm system killed two people in Missouri. Another person died in a storm in Washington state. )

When I took a lesson of English class, I told about it.
My teacher talked about the horror of the tornado that she experienced.
Even by a small tornado, the destructive power seems to be terrible.

夫は、車で逃げないとなんて言ってたが、R先生は、地下室が安全。または、バス、トイレに非難してトイレにしがみつく？（といったと思う！何しろ英語で話すので）方がいいと。アパートは危険かな？
海外のニュースも、自分の身に降りかかりそうだと、頑張って英文読みます！

Take a little break..

I bought a plant called Golden Sun yesterday.
It is called The Trachelospermum Asiatcum Ougonnnishiki in English.
This is easy to glow for me , because it's strong in the cold place.
When I was tired , the plant heals my heart.

After I came back from U.S.A , there was not the work that intended to begin to work.
I will look for good work while taking a little break.

Then I will take a lesson of The tea ceremony.

The Cake Class

I　took a lesson of the cake today.
Because I was a bad condition , I was late .

When I arrived, it was almost over to make the cake.
So I ate a cake and handed a souvenir to my friends.
I bought a towel of the Halloween in U.S.A's super, so they were very glad to get it.

I came back to the home, and I took a nap.
It became slightly cheerful.
You had better be careful at the change of seasons.

The tea ceremony

I took a lesson The tea ceremony yesterday.
Because I did not practice for more than 2 months, I completely forgot to how to do it.
But I did not forget that a tea and a Japanese cake were delicious.

I had a valuable experience in this trip.
When I visited U.S. for two weeks, I was surprised and knew various things.
I thought that culture and ways of thinking were quite　different from　Japan and U.S.

For example, about how to throw out the garbage.
In Japan, most people are interested in environmental problems such as recycling and save electricity.
However, in U.S. , the people bury garbage together.
They use a lot of gasoline to move large land because they need a car.

About a lifestyle.
American people live in society with a husband and wife as a unit.
So they come back home early and sit in a happy circle.
But Japanese people live in it with a company as a unit.

About a system.
In U.S., a tax is expensive, and the tip is necessary , too.
People have all kinds of the insurance, and good medical care is not taken without money even if I get sick.

When in Rome, do as the Romans do.
If I live in US., I must know about U.S. more not only I study English.

と英文で書いてみましたが、どれだけ伝わったか？微妙。
まあ要約（というか正しくは）すると、アメリカと日本は全く文化も考え方も違う。
日本のいいところもあれば、アメリカのいいところもある。
また、そうなっている背景には、その国のことを理解しないとわからない。
もし私がアメリカに住むのなら、英語の勉強も大切だが、アメリカのことをもっと知らなければならないと・・・言うことを書きたかった。

英文を書くのは、前より早くなり、苦痛ではなくなりました。が・・・
実際に正しいかは？？？？
でもやるしかないので。

I think that challenging various things is good for you.
Because the hardship when you are young will be useful about all in the future, you advanced by oneself and had better go to the difficulty.
When I went to U.S.A., I thought that I was happy if I was able to talk more.
So　I am studying English hard now.

久しぶりに息子のことを書きます。
私も昨日、やっと学校の役員活動も一区切りし、今日から勉強を始めます。
息子は、あの苦しい夏休みを乗り越え、ひとまわり大きくなったと思います。
夏休み明けの試験ではあまり試験の結果がよくなかったようです。
でもあれから一ヶ月かなり自分でも伸びてきたと・・・
あきらめずにやるしかないですね。

彼は、PCの修理に行く暇がないと、時々電話をよこすくらい。
まあ　「便りのないのがよい便り」かな？

学校のPCでメールのやり取りができますが、日本語対応でないので、英文でメールがきます。
これからは勉強のつもりで英文で返そうと思っています。

「若い時の苦労は買ってでもせよ」と言うことわざを彼に教えたかったけれど・・・調べても無理でした。
これを見ている方で、知っていたら是非教えてください。

”The sound of garden" 「庭の音」

Today we visited my friend's house to send flowers of the publishing celebration.

My English conversation's classmate published the book called " The sound of garden" in August.
I have written about her book with my blog on September 1.
It is a tanka , easy to read for me.

The tanka is a traditional Japanese poem containing five lines of ５，７，５，７，７．.
And her works were almost familia topics.

Two couples and I were eating and drinking and talking for three hours.
These couples are older than me　very much.
But both were good partner, and I was very enviable.

I hope I will become good couple like them in the future.

結婚19年、引越し8回・・・ここは3年目。
最近やっと近くに心休まるお友達（目上の方ですが・・）ができて、うれしい。

新しいところで、打ち解けるお友達ができる頃いつもお引越し。
今度は、アメリカ？なんでだよ～。

まあ　彼らのような仲のよい夫婦になるためには、国境を越えますか？
今日は、ほろ酔い気分で書いてます。

I suffer from a stiff neck recently.

I　suffer from a stiff neck recently.
When I had my hair permed , I had the beautician massage my shoulder last Saturday.
The beautician said that you had a heavy stiff neck .
And she said , " you should not continue to use your PC for a long time ."
Since I began to write my blog , I feel that a stiff neck is terrible.
I will reduce the use time of PC from now on.

今日はあちこち出かけて、昼寝（5時ごろ）もしたのに・・・きちんとブログも書いている。
人間リズムが必要ですね。

I watched the DVD of movie　called "the waiting in a dark place" yesterday.
This movie is a story of an blind girl and a boy .
The boy was born among Chinese mother with Japanese father.
And she was living alone because her father died.
It's very hard to live for them in the present society.


One day a murder case had happened.
The boy was an important witness of the cases.
The boy got into her house , and they began to live together.
They thought about how to live when they watched each other's live.

This work is a heart-warming work.

映画の説明なんぞ英語でまだできないが・・・最近ねた切れ！！

最近　息子がレンタル半額でよく映画を借りてくる。
部活をやめて暇になり、本や、映画をよくかりる。

で～その本や、ＤＶＤでよかったというものを見ている。
最近日本の映画は結構いいと思う。
「フラガール」も面白かった。　　このあたりまで夫と映画館へ。
「陽気なギャングが地球を回す」もまた楽しかった。

多少は、息子も私の遊び相手にはなるかな？
（注）ＤＶＤも一緒には見たくないようで・・・別々に見ていますが。

I damaged the track by my car when I would go out to learn the tea ceremony.
Because a rearview mirror was slight damaged, the track's driver forgave me.

So I came back home at once and I took a　rest.
When I was making lunch, I cut my finger by a knife.

Today I had two accident .
I thought that it was necessary to calm a feeling.
So I wrote penmanship in a house and spent time slowly.

かえって・・・昼寝をしました。
やっぱり・・・季節の変わり目気をつけましょう！

私は、通信で「かな文字」を習っています。
毎月1000円くらいでできるので・・・助かります。
上の画像は、絵手紙ようの葉書にちょっとかいてみました。
外国人には喜ばれるので・・・一応アメリカに持っていこうと思っています。

The new dining table

The dining table which I ordered arrived today.
In the new dining table,15 Cm is wider than old one.
The old table which I bought when we marreid was used for 19 years .
There is a memory in the old table for us.

So I redecorated the room.
Today I displayed supper slightly neatly and I ate supper with my son.
I was a slightly stylish feeling.
Please come to play in my friends, this time.

ダイニングテーブルも、展示場で見た時より大きくて、色もダークだった。
似たようなものを買っても、全く部屋の雰囲気がかわり・・・模様替え。

でも気分一新。
ず～と座っていたくなるテーブルです。
我が家は、ほとんど外食をしません。
私はしたいのですが。。。家族は面倒のようです。

これだったら・・・おしゃれな雰囲気で食べられそう！
料理も頑張って作りたくなります。
ちなみに・・・今日の夕食は、豚のしょうが焼き、きゅうりとわかめの酢の物、トマトとチーズのサラダ、なめこの大根和え、きんぴらゴボウ、デザートでした・・・私は、野菜大好きです。

やっぱり、子供の「心臓震とう」・・・事故がおきました。
これは、持病などのない健康な子供でも、胸部にボールなどが当たることで、心臓細動となり、心臓が停止することです。
特に子供の場合は、胸郭の発達が未熟（だったと思う）なので、起こりやすくなる。
要は、衝撃を受けて・・・心臓がびっくりして凄く早く脈が打ち始めて・・・そのまま止ってしまう。
今は、このＡＥＤのおかげで助かることがおおい。
高野連なども、問題視していたはず。
学校にありながら・・・ほんとに残念。

意外と設置されているのに・・・場所を知らない、使ったことないから使うのが怖い、
電流がすごそうとか・・・いっている人いますが。
是非、一度現物をみて、練習してください。
信じられないほど簡単、かつ、勝手に機械が心電図で読み取ってくれるので・・・ただボタンを押すだけです。

最近は、マラソンや、いろんな体育イベントでも必ず用意する。

昔、同じ大学でバスケの練習中になくなった事故がありました。

He has already medical treatment for three years.

今日は、お友達とおしゃべりのつもりでしたが、お母さんがひとりでお見舞いに行っているとの事。
東京は、猛暑なので・・・私は車の運転ができるので話しながらお見舞いとお母さんの迎えに行きました。
長い療養生活ですが、ほんとに家族が頑張っています。
高齢化社会、他人事ではありません。
幸いわが親たちは、生きているものは元気です。
アメリカに行く前に病気にならないように・・・祈っています。

最近英作文に時間をかけずにやっています。
かなり間違っていると言うか、正確に伝わっていない気をしますが・・・
とにかく、書くこと、聞くことを続けます。
