力尽きる前に。。。

I was absent L's lesson because I was under the weather from this morning.
This week was so hot day in Tokyo and I was busy, so I was tired a little.
Recently I am no longer young enough to push myself too hard.
Let's take it easy.

暑いときは、無理をしないことですね。
仕事ではないから・・・。
今週は、私も毎日出かけた上、息子２人が合宿に行ったり帰ったりで、準備やら洗濯やら大変でした。

息子の「合宿での運転免許」騒動で、私の神経疲れました。
「もう自信がない」だの、「相部屋なので、何かと不安！」などなど、私に愚痴りまくって静岡にある合宿免許教習場へ・・・。
性格的に私そっくり「いらない心配」が多い！
でもそこは若さですね～。
必死にがんばって一発クリアで合格してくれました。
（合宿免許場は、しっかり調べて決めたほうがいいですよ。確かに最安値？（２３万くらい）近い値段でしたが、指導教官に、運転中罵倒され続け、食事も部屋もひどいようでした。また、待ち時間が長く、夜まで授業だったり・・あまりよい教習所ではなかったようです。）
・・・考えたら、小学校の頃、ひどい交通事故にあっていたので、かなりトラウマもあったようです。・・・

なんとか乗り越えてくれることを祈るばかり・・・でした。
これからの人生、周りが今のようにやさしい人ばかりでないので、社会の厳しさを感じただけでもいい経験に。

そして、下の子供も「受験のための勉強合宿」から、帰ってしっかりした受験生になってました。

子供たちは父親不在、軟弱な母に育てられた割りに、まあ普通に育ってくれました。
きっと、周りの方に支えられたのでしょうね。
やっと私も、半年ちょっとでアメリカに行こうかなあと決心がつきました。

私は何でも真剣に考えすぎるので、気楽にいきたいものですね～。
のんびり半日休んだら、「パソコン中毒」の禁断症状が・・・。

これをやめると元気になるのかもしれません。
夫には「休肝日」,私には「休パソ日」が必要です！

And he knows　very well about PC.

This place is a room of public hall.
In this area , all of us can use PC.
I sometimes used to excel program , however , I could know some newly.
I had a good day , and thanks Mr.E for teaching us.

Tea ceｒemony. 「茶箱のお手前」

Today was a very hot day , too.
I took a lesson of the tea ceremony.
I have not been joined it since this March.
As I was absent for six months, I forgot how to serve everything.
The most surprising, I forgot how to serve a square silk wrapping cloth.
I was a great shock , but today's lesson was new one.
So I could learn to start again from the beginning.

習い始めて、約一年。
でも通った回数は、たった１５回。
学生のころ２年くらい習ったことがありましたが、袱紗捌きは忘れていませんでした。
そ・・それなのに・・・行く前にやると全くできずに・・冷や汗もの。
習いに行ったらすぐに思い出しましたが・・・老化？はほんとに怖い。
細く長く続けることが大切ですね～。

このお茶のやり方は、「茶箱のお手前」といって道具が、箱の中にほとんど入っています。
場所もとらないので、アメリカに行ったときに便利だとわざわざ用意していただきました。

半年ぶりのお茶は、とてもおいしかった～。
でも３杯も飲んで、暑い中の自分の運転で、帰りは気持ち悪くなりました。
よくなるのですよね～。まあ気にしない！気にしない！

I stayed home all day long because I didn't　have a plan today.
I was going to watch the finals of 100M breaststroke
from 12:00, but was not able to look because my friend called me up.
Mr Kitajima won a gold medal.
As much as he has many hardships, he seems to gain his power.
If willpower is had, a good result should be given.

北島選手は、凄かったですね。
でも、LIVEで見られなかったのは、残念です。
やはりスポーツは、生で見るに限ります。
見たかった錦織選手のプレイも見れずに残念でした。

少しでもあやかりたいと思いつつ、やる気のでない日々です。
「チャロの英語実力講座」も来週からいよいよ「シカゴ」へ出かけます。
ちょっと楽しみです。（シカゴは２度ほど行きましたから・・・）


「Anyway I'll keep working on it.」
「とにかく、やり続けてみる。」
というフレーズが好きです。
（ただ、発音が聞き取りにくくて
「アイルキーポンイット」としか聞こえてきません。
まだまだ　道は長い！！

I had a party with my friends in Shibuya .

Yesterday's Tokyo was very hot and humid day.
I went to Shibuya to join class party.
My friends are my son's classmate's mothers.

Shibuya city was very crowded .
I don't like Shibuya but it's party place is close to the west exit of Shibuya station on the Inogashira Line.

This is Japanese-style bar & grill called "NEGIYA DENZO".
It's a lovely place and dishes were good.
As I had a good time , I didn't feel lonly without my husband.

渋谷に一人で行くのは、久し振りでした。
乗り換えにはよく利用しますが、渋谷でうろうろは好きではありません。
とにかく、昨日の東京は異常に蒸し暑くて。
一気にビールを飲んだのと、昨日までの疲れからか・・・。
写真は取り忘れるし、おしゃべりは絶好調！で酔いが回って～。
２次会には参加せずに帰宅。
夏が来た～。という感じの街の雰囲気でした。

We went to Chinese restaurant.

I went to Chinese restaurant called Youyou with my husband and sons.
We were able to eat out together after around two years.
Because my son had studied abroad in England , he couldn't meet his father.
But as my sons were so busy yesterday , we ate dinner for only one hour.
As Chinese restaurant "Youyou" is close to my house , we could go by bicycle.

We ate many kind of foods .

I couldn't take any photos, because we ate them soon.


My husband said " If you want to a second helping tea , you should take off the lid of the pot."
I tried what he said　, but the staff didn't notice.
”Please give me oolong tea.”.
At that time the staff brought ice oolong tea .
I said "please give me a second helping tea.
That's OK.

私以外の家族は皆忙しく、やっと昨日一緒に外食をすることができました。

2年ぶりに親父と飲めるなんていっていた息子は、レポートに追われて飲まずに。
私以外の家族は、ほんとにみんな頑張りやです。

It's close to the south exit of Kichijoji station.

自転車で吉祥寺にお昼を食べにでかけ、カラオケをして帰宅。
夫が渡米してから、なかなかカラオケにいけなくて～。
今回は、70年代後半の歌が多かったかな？
お互いに青春時代の歌が同じなので・・・。

追加・・リンガーハットの餃子は260円なのにとてもおいしい！！
クーポン使えば130円。受験生の息子の土産に2人前買いました。
この「お得感」がやめられない～～。

When my husband came back Japan for summer vacation, we had a party with his younger brother yesterday.
In fact, he was going to come with his family, but couldn't because his child cought a cold.

As he has been to the foreign country many times, too, we talked　about English　conversation a little.

夫の弟が、遊びに来てくれました。
姪っ子が熱をだし、息子2人も予定が合わず3人でしたが・・・。

(J先生の英会話クラス仲間のＣさんが、先日イギリスの湖水地方に旅行。お土産ありがとうございました。おいしかった。私には、外国のクッキーですが、イギリスに留学していた息子が、「故郷の味だ！」だと。チョコレート味のもまたうまいんだよ～。っと。一年ですっかりイギリス大好きになっています。）

When I went to USA , I booked the flight on-line.
I showed e-ticket and I could receive a ticket at the airport .
It is very easy and convenient system .

This is ANA airline service.
There are many kind of tickets and the tickets prices are different by the day to make a reservation.

The ticket which I bought was so cheap.
Because I make a reservations before three weeks , I can buy it low price.
But its ticket is nonrefundable.
If I want to change boooking a flight , it costs 20000 yen.
And if I had taken one-way flight , I cannot completely cancel .
I must buy a new ticket , if I want to change a return ticket.
A cheap thing has a big risk.

At that time , I think "I will go, come what may."

昨日のNHKラジオ「ラジオ講座」は、
オンライン予約「booking a flight on-line」の話でした。
私は、アメリカに行くまで「Change」が「おつり」という事を知らない無知さ。
一度恥をかきましたから、とりあえず、必要な単語を覚えることにしました。

それにしても英作はだめです。全く文法がなっていません。
だんだん書くのは面倒になりました。

話は戻りますが、ｅチケットサービスは、楽でいいです。
まずチケットを紛失する心配ないし～。

私はANAが好きで、旅行会社で格安チケットを探しましたが、値段があまり変わらないようです。（国際線の場合は・・・）
最も安いチケットを得たいならば、やはり3週間前に予約すること。
でも、これって結構厳しいですよね。
例えば、シカゴまでの往復運賃で、3週間前の予約で10万、2週間前が12万、その後は28万と値段がこんなにも違います。

ただし、3週間前の予約チケットは、日時を変更できませんが、よ～く調べたら、搭乗前のキャンセルはできます。ただし2万円くらいで。
でも、乗ってしまったらだめです。
帰りは、全く変更がききません。
何かのときに、マイレージをためておきたいと思うこのごろです。

あ～英文考えるのは疲れます。
だまって、ラジオ講座聞いていたほうが楽かな？？
凄いストレスたまった！！！

I took J's English class today.
As another student was absent, I could take just like a private lesson.
When teacher and I talked about education system, I realized that I could speak well than before.
Then I was complimented by my teacher , I'm glad to hear that.

J gave me three points to be good at hearing.
"First you should hear a lot of easy sentences.
They aren't too short and are simple.
Second,　you should hear it during you watch writing sentences.
Finally you hear it once again. "

まだまだ、書くことにも時間がかかります。
先生とは何とか話が通じるようになってきましたが、まだまだです。
でも、以前の自分とは比べ物にならないくらいうまくなったと実感。
片言でも、文法がおかしくても、ある程度リズムで話す方が通じる気がします。
（実際には相手にもよりますね。アメリカでは、厳しい洗礼を沢山受けましたから・・）
分からないときは、どういう意味？とか聞き返さなければ一対一では、だめです。

ヒアリングの上達方法は、まず英語を聞く、次に文章を見ながら聞きなおし、最後にもう一度聞く。
英文は、簡単なものを沢山聞く、長くなく聞いていて半分くらい分かるレベルの文章がお勧めのようです。
やはり、私はNHKラジオがいいと再認識。

今週は、どっぷりと英語勉強週間！やり続けることが難しいです。
いつまで続くやら。

スタートのレベルが低いので大変苦労しています。
若い頃に、勉強した方がいいよ～。

My mother returned to her hometown.

It is a very fine day in Tokyo.
My mother returned to her hometown today's morning.
I went to Tokyo station to send my mother.

I hardly went to Tokyo station to see my mother off, because she was very vigorous.
When I met to her in a long while, I felt that she looked like old age than before.
She is younger than same age people, but she is 80 years old.

I am sad that I can't return to my hometown and my family can't live together.

But even if we aren't here together, my family is healthy, and it's important for us to be exerting ourselves vigorously.

Well, I'll exert myself.

☆　「母が、元気」と英語で表現したいのですが、いい単語が見つかりません。
前にＪ先生が「元気」が「寿司」「カラオケ」のようにそのまま英語で使われるようになってきたといってました。
パワフルなんていわないでしょうね？今度Ｊ先生に聞いてみます。
☆「sad」より「miss」の方がいい気もしますが、この場合使えるのか？これも質問します。


私が、一ヶ月間アメリカにいったので、その間２人の母が九州から手伝いに来てくれました。
１０日間だけ、無理を言って母に来てもらいました。主人の母も大変だったと思いますがまだまだ元気だし、若い。
私の母も若いと思っていたら・・・初めて歳をとったなあと感じました。

母は、３年ほど前に東京にきた時、歩いていてバックをとられそうになり引っ張られたり、自転車がスピードを出して横切るので、こけそうになったり、今回は怖くて一人で出歩けなくなりました。
東京ってほんと高齢の方が歩く街ではないですね。

私でさえ、この忙しい街が嫌いなのに・・・。
なぜか東京にいると、のんびりしてはいけないような雰囲気に。

お互いに久し振りに母娘を楽しめました。
ただ、生活のペースが違うことで　お互いストレスを感じていたようです。
田舎がもう少し近いといいのに～。
そして、アメリカももう少し近いといいのに～。

元気だったら、近く感じるかな？？？

I took a cake class Wednesday.
We made a salt caramel and a banana coconut tart.
And I received the coffee cup I ordered.
A coffee break makes　me　relax.

今日は、J先生の英会話でした。
あっという間に一時間。
行く前は、元気がないのに・・・楽しいことは人を元気にさせます。

朝からてきぱきと仕事をこなしてます。
・・・そういうときには、面白い事にもたくさん出会います。
最近、イギリス帰りの息子が、幕末にはまっていますが・・・。
世の中の傾向のようですね。

It was very hot and sunny day in Italy.
I went to the Duomo,Florence and Pisa.
The Duomo is the most famous place in Florence.
It was very big and beautiful because it was decorated and there were a lot of figures.
I wanted enter the Duomo but there were too much people to enter.
So I didn't enter.

Pisa has a tower which is leaning slightly.
Actually, I wanted to go there when I was child.
I was happy and surprised when I really went there.
Pisa is high and amazing because my head felt leaning, too,when I saw the tower.

Talking of Italy, Pizza and Pasta!!
It was very delicious.
Honestly, pizzas which are made in Italy are more delicious than the other one.
So I always ate pizzas when I stay in Italy.
It became good memory that I went to Italy.
If I can have a chance to go to Italy again, I want to watch foodball match!!

I convince　nobody gives Valentine's chocolate to my sons.
I took a cake class yesterday.
I made a delicious cake.
Let's feed sons it.

アメリカでは、男の人が告白するらしい。
特にこの日に、プロポーズをする人も多いとか。
外人は、喜ばせることが上手だと思います。
夫も、アメリカに染まってくれるといいのですが・・・無理！

やっと、我が家も落ち着きました。
携帯電話を買いにいったり、荷物の片付けの手伝いをしたり。
明日イギリスからの荷物が2箱届くので、部屋の荷物を捨ててます。
人が移動すると、大変です。
・・・ヤクルトさんがきたので、子どもさんがいるとの事で参考書を差し上げました。喜ばれて何より。

天気予報どおり、どんどん雪が積もってどうなるかと思いました。
東京でも、都心の方はほとんど積もっていなかったようです。
雪を一杯載せた私の車は、目立ったのかも？

何とかケーキ教室には行きましたが、ケーキは出来上がっておしゃべりして帰宅。
昨日の上智のステンドグラス、他の友達は見たらしいけれど・・・そんなに？と。

雪の日の運転は、とっても疲れました。
アメリカでは、チェーンも巻かずに走るとか。
私には、運転は無理かもしれません。

英語もさっぱり。
ぼちぼち、細々。
