習近平(シージンピン)国家主席が３月末、主席就任後初の外遊で訪露した後とあって、対抗心をあらわにした形だ。
記事は、日露首脳が北方領土問題を巡る交渉の加速化で合意したことは伝えたが、欧米メディアの論評を引用する形で、「安倍氏が言う『大きな成果』は具体性がなく、共同声明は問題解決に向けた政治的意欲と外交姿勢を示しただけだ」と指摘。プーチン氏が共同記者会見で、領土問題について「明日にでも解決するという意味ではない」と述べ、慎重姿勢を崩さなかったことを強調した。
