My summer holidays has started
since last Friday 😊

I flew at Naha airport and took a taxi to get the hotel.

It's so far!
Roughly two hours and a half to reach this resort hotel.

Okuma private resort 🌈





Actually I stayed here two years ago.

There is a beach in front of the hotel; needless to say private beach.

It's not crowded and quite.
I like this atmosphere a lot.




That is why, I came here again to took almost five hours from Osaka 🏚

I made a reservation before hand to get relaxation massage .

At this point,
Things seem to go smoothly😶

Still There're something to get me angry and made me uncomfortable while I was staying.

The reality would not let me feel relax that I expected.

I'd never thought that kind of things could happen that fancy hotel.
I paid a lot of money to enjoy relaxing time.

I found the reason why.
Because of changing the management.

While a back,
The hotel name has changed that means operation itself is completely changed.

As I see it,
Former management places emphasis on hospitality おもてなし.

Still this time their services become worse than
last time.

For example,
Speaking of 'Front desk clerks'
They should be more attentive than another section staffs.

On the second day
I had a request to change the breakfast menu.

It's not so difficult thing.

Before I go to the beach I dropped by the front desk.

However when I came up to the counter,
No one didn't try to take care of me😢
I couldn't hear a phrase 'How may I help you ma'am?'

誰も相手してくれへん\\\٩(๑`^´๑)۶////

普通は 'お伺いいたします' やろ〜😡

They seemed to very busy,
Just one of staff gave me a glance.
That's it.

ちらっとこっちを見ただけ(涙)

I cloud barely started talked to a male front clark.


But he says,
'So sorry,
There is a another counter over there which opens in ten minutes or so.

ナニナニ?
違うカウンターに行けと⁉️

They manage our guest reservations .
So they fix your request.

そこなら対応してくれる(ーー;)
たらい回しちゃうん❓
しゃーない‥
トコトコとすぐ近くの別のカウンターへ。

Still no one appeared.

誰もけーへん💢

So I went to the lounge which is a restaurant for high classe room guests.

直接ラウンジに行くしかない‼️

I decided to ask a sever who is working there in person .

っていうかなんで私が?

Why should I have to do this!?
I am a gust.

結局自分でウロウロし最終的には目的達成💦

It costs a fortune to stay high class room this time of year お盆休み.

This is just a part of problems that happened to me while I was staying.

So I write a letter to the general manager.

これは言わなあかん🌋

I think I need to let the managers know what causes changing their operation.
I was so disappointed.



返事はこないでしょうけど💦

滞在中、夜中にベッドでダニに刺されるし😩
あまりにひどいので総支配人宛のこの手紙に書かせてもらいました。
これ以外にもスタッフの電話対応が悪かったり、
そもそもフロントが電話に出なかったり。
ハウスキーピングが夕方五時を過ぎても来ないとか、がっかりの連続。

ただ、文句だけではなく
謝り続けながらお掃除をし始めたハウスキーピングの方々が本当に気の毒とも書きました。

運営側なら繁忙期は人員補充など対応をすべきなのに。


人は高いお金を払うとそれだけのものを期待するもの。

静かな雰囲気だけ変わりなかったことだけが救いでした。

あと、ブルーシールアイス、
琉球ロイヤルミルクティ味がとても美味しかったです。
