Let's enjoy fall

Dear kids and parents,

Goodmorning!
How is your long weekend going? Are you enjoying?

Days are getting cooler and it feels to go out for a walk, picnic or playing in the park. Everyone must be looking forward to beautiful fall colors. I am looking forward too. Stay safe while being out.
I feel really good and connected with my students after I started teaching again. I was also happy to see that some of my students has improved so much than the time I left them. I will always try my best to teach you with my warm heart. Let's try our best and try to speak as much English as we can. Speaking is the best practice. Doesn't matter if it's right or wrong, just keep trying.
Try to watch some English movie, animation at home when you watch T.V. Make use of your daily routine as the practice platform. Some mom can speak good English , please try to communicate in English with your parents. This is the best way to practice.
I'm always there to correct you whenever you're wrong.

Rain everywhere

Dear kids and parents,

Good afternoon.
I am so happy to be back at Makeway. I started teaching since August first week and it makes me happy to see all my students happy faces. I'm also suprised to see them grow up so soon.
I also met some new students and they are so good. Never give up trying.

Talking about weather, it's a relief from steaming heat because of the rain but many places are flooded because of excessive rainfall. I hope all your relatives and families are safe.
Also, the number of covid cases are going up so I request everyone to stay safe.

How did you spend your summer and obon holidays? I'm sure everyone had a beautiful and fun time.

Let's practice more English and speak more.

I am back again

Dear parents and kids,
Goodmorning!
How have you all been doing? I'm so excited to be back. I'll start teaching at Makeway from today. I'm waiting to see all my students and their parents.
My second daughter is 4 months old now and yesterday we did her Omiyamairi at Waratenzing shrine. She is growing up healthy and happy.
I also finished my covid vaccine recently. Let's stay safe everyone.
So what's your plan for summer holidays? Are you all enjoying learning English?
Let's all try and make our classes interesting with happy faces.
I am sure we will have a great time. See you all very soon.

Rainy day

Dear Kids and Parents,

Good morning!
It's a cold and rainy day. Are you all happy that the weekend is here and spring is coming soon. It makes me happy thinking of warm and sunny days.
This year term is almost getting over and I am happy to share that all our kids tried their best inspite of their busy school schedule. I am sure the JAPEC test result will come out well. We are currently preparing for our new term teaching. We want to implement some new teaching styles and teaching materials.

In today's blog I would like to talk about junior high school students. They are improving so well. Before I start my lesson, I ask them to think about a topic, it can be anything. I give them 4 minutes to think about the topic and then they talk about it. It is amazing to listen their imagination and what all do they have in their mind. They always come up with very good and interesting topics. It is a good way of practicing speaking and their imagination. They can learn many new words while talking. I hope the other teachers will continue this when I am away from Make way.

Soon I will be taking maternity leave and I will really miss teaching all my kids. I always want to be around my students helping them.
I wish everyone best of luck for their upcoming future and new classes. Happy graduation to all my students.

English is fun

Dear kids and parents,

How are you all doing?
I am happy to share that we have finished our JAPEC test for this year. I must say all the kids tried their best. They still need a lot of practice for speaking test.Let's hope for the best and wait for the results.
Some of my kids have shown so much improvement and interest in learning. It makes me happy. On the other side, I'm also sad that some of the kids had to leave Makeway. I hope then cancome back ahain and continue learning English.

Yesterday I attended my daughter's hapyokai and she performed so well. I was wondering if she will be nervous but she was so confident and tried her best. She turned 3years yesterday. Time just flies!

We just have one more month before we start our new term from spring. Let's enjoy this time together and have a fun English lessons.
