かなり仕事がお忙しかったようです。以下が本日頂戴した内容になります。

Thank you for your reply, your English is very good. Much better than my Japanese!  I apologize for not being able to reply faster, work is very busy lately.
Thank you for the use of your blog. Would you want to answer questions about 4wd clubs you have been a member of ?
To answer your question, there are a few words in English that mean “Help each other without payment”. Can you explain what Mitsubishi jeep gojyokai will do ?
I assume it is a website or blog where other Mitsubishi Jeep Owners can receive free information and support for their jeep. Is that correct ?
That will help me translate better.
