Dual-channel Function Signal generator combines multiple functions in one, such as Function Signal Generator, Arbitrary Waveform Generator, Pulse Generator, Sweep, Counter and Frequency Meter, etc. The instrument adopts the Direct Digital Synthesizer (DDS) technology and provides stable , precision, pure and low distortion signals. It's a great testing or measuring instrument for electronics engineers, electronic laboratory, teaching and researching.
1. 320x240 2.4inch TFT color LCD display, simultaneously display parameters of CH1 and CH2/Ability to reproduce patterns of custom waveform
2. Use soft silicone keys instead of traditional patch keys, high sensitivity and convenient for operation
3. Max. output frequency(sine wave) up to 60MHz, 266MSa/s sampling rate and 14bits vertical resolution
4. Completely independent dual channels output, synchronizing operation and adjustable phase difference
5. Great improvement for square wave performance, square frequency range up to 25MHz with no distortion
6. 60 groups of arbitrary wave storage function, memory depth of each group is 2048/14bits
7. High frequency accuracy and resolution: frequency accuracy up to 10E6 magnitude, total range frequency resolution is 0.01Hz
8. High amplitude resolution: the minimum amplitude resolution can reach 1mV, amplitude range is 0Vp-p to 20Vp-p
9. Duty-cycle of each channel can be adjusted independently, the adjusting resolution is 0.1%
10. Sweep function: linear sweep and logarithmic sweep functions/ 0.1s-999.9s sweep time/forward, backward and roundtrip sweep directions
11. With pulse trains burst output function: allow the unit output 1 to 048575 arbitrary pulse trains
12. Measurement functions: can measure signal frequency, cycle, positive/negative pulse width and duty cycle; 1Hz to 100MHz frequency range
13. -9.99V to 9.99V DC offset range, offset resolution: 0.01V
14. With digital signal output function, CMOS output range 0 to 10V
15. Storage feature: can store 100 groups of parameters set by the user and extract at any time/Counter function: with DC and AC coupling modes;
16. Arbitrary wave editing function: user can edit arbitrary wave on PC and then download to output from the instrument>>>not confirmed yet
17. Communication function: the PC can be used to control the instrument>>>not confirmed yet
18.With output short-circuit protection: all signal output can work 60s under load short-circuit condition

発振周波数を正確に測定できる測定器(10MHz外部基準信号発生器とユニバーサルカウンターなど)を持っていれば、10.000000MHzのサイン波にセットできます。frequency resolutionは、0.01Hzから可変可能で、10.000003450MHzにすると、10.000000MHzを出力できます。(DDS signal generatorは内部基準では、20ppmだと、200Hzほど、発振周波数がずれます。frequency stabilityは、5ppm以下と言えるかと思います。だいたい、周波数安定度は、2x10E7程度で思いのほか、安定しています。
amplitude levelは、0.200V設定で、出力は、Hi-Z 開放端出力表示で、200mVp-p(open)です。

時間がある時に動作確認をしていってますが、価格のわりには十分な機能を有しています。
sweepは、例えば、10kHz-20MHzで、fall/rise/fall and riseと３種類の方法で、セットアップできます。
各設定は、SAVEでき、今は、例えば、LOADで、set1を選択すると、CH1で、最初に、ちょうど、10.0000000MHzにセットした周波数で出力させることができ、一旦、セットすると、次からは、それをLOADして、すぐに出力できます。SWEEP機能も同じく、SAVE/LOADができます。

添付品は以下のとおりで、AC100Vでも、USB 5V DCどちらからも動作させることができます。

(注意)DC Jack(JDS2860側)-USB-A(Battery Pack側) Cable は、最初の頃は、添付されていましたが、現在は添付されなくなっています。
必要な方には、Battery Pack もしくは、PC USB3.0 接続用のオプションとして、800円で供給しますので、注文時に備考欄にその旨、記載ください。
添付されなくなった理由ですが、PCのUSB 2.0 Port Bus Mode接続で使用するには、ベースの消費電流が、621mAほどと、500mAを超えているため、USB Bus Modeでの使用では、問題が起こる可能性があるためのようです。
実際に、Battery Pack 5V DCで、USB Testerで、CH1 ON時の電流値を測定してみました。
Sine Wave 10.000000MHz/200mVp-p open(Siglent SDS1104X-Eでは、dBm表示が可能)
USB Tester(3種 販売中) 635mA(CH1 on/Sine Wave 10.000000MHz/200mVp-p,open)
あるWindows 10 Pro PCで、USB2.0でも動作はしましたが、極力、使用を控え、PCで使用する場合は、USB3.0 Portでの使用ならば、問題ないと考えますが、自己責任でお願いします。もしくは、Bus Modeでなく、外部電源モードのUSB2.0 Portならば、問題ありません。
