(2021/04/27更新)SHS800/SHS1000 Seriesは、今日、再確認したところ、すべてのモデルで在庫分がなくなり、sold out状態で、discontinueになりました。

SHS800/SHS1000の後継とはいえ、かなり、機能変更がされていて、serial bus decode/sequence mode/high waveform capture rate(waveform refresh rate) などになっており、record functionもいいので、第１級アマチュア無線技士の方や上級電子工作者のためにも、機能一般を網羅してきています。販売価格も上がりましたが、機能的に違う機種になっています。

例えば、SHS820X(200MHz/2CH)は、Micsig STO2202C(200MHz/2CH)(video機能あり）と比較されるモデルとなりますが、販売価格はあとで、説明するcapabilityのため、200MHz/2CHのhandheld digital oscilloscopeとしては、推奨標準販売価格が、1099USDに設定されるモデル（日本では、入手送料、Siglentへの会社名義の国際銀行送金手数料、会社宛て100%課税の関税、地方消費税の実費と10%消費税がかかります）で他の当方が取り扱う　Handheld Digital Oscilloscopeと比較し、一番高いモデルです。ですが、それでも、これを選択したほうがいい方もおられると思います。すでに、詳しいdata sheet(19pages)とKeysight U1600Aなどとのcomparion analysis(Excel)などが送られてきていますので、測定項目の違いなども説明可能になっています。

Data logger(Recoder)のうち、Measurement Loggerのminimum intervalが、0.1secondで、かなり優秀です。

Waveform capture rate(max)は、normal modeで、100000wfm/sで、SDS1000X-E seriesなどで、採用されている、sequence modeでは、400000wfm/sです。このsequence modeで動作するのは、実際、かなり、選択の上で考慮したほうがいいです。

(Introduction)

The RCP500 Rogowski AC Current Probe measures AC current up to 500A pk, minimum to 200mA pk, 
with bandwidth ranging from 15Hz to 300KHz, 1% accuracy, and has less than 2mV noise.

It adopts the Rogowski coil current measurement system: within the range, the output signal of the system 
and the current signal to be measured are always linear, so the accuracy will not change with the current; 
the coil does not contain magnetic saturation components and no magnetic core 
and saturation phenomenon, no trouble of heating; the Rogowski coil does not contain ferromagnetic materials 
and so has no hysteresis effect, the phase difference between the output signal and the current waveform is extremely low, 
which can be less than 0.8°.

The RCP500 is compactly designed with exquisite appearance, suitable for Micsig UPI multi-function probe interface, 
when used with some Micsig new oscilloscope, no need extra battery or power supply. 

It can also be used with Micsig PA05 adapter to adapt to any other manufacturer's oscilloscope.

The AC current probes can measure current signals with complex waveforms, such as transient inrush currents of 
power devices, sinusoidal currents of three-phase power supply systems, 
harmonic components of measured currents, current measurement of IGBTs and MOSFETs, etc.
