当店のオーダーシャツを作って頂いておりますDO-1 SEWINGの工場を見学に行った際、

エエ感じのデッドストック生地をハンティングしていたのです。
（中々、近年見られない打ち込みと厚みのあるコットン生地です）
I found a nice dead stock seed!
デッドストック生地ですから、メーター数もバラバラなんですが。
古い生地ですから、そこは仕方ありませんよね！
其の後、
Because it is a dead stock fabric, the number of meters is also rose.
Because it is an old fabric, there is no way there!

DO-1 SEWINGの清本さんと鈴木さんが来店頂きまして、詳細の打ち合わせを！
ここで僕も色々と注文をつけてしまいましたので、大変面倒な事になりまして、
（本来オーダーのドレスシャツの工場ですからカジュアルな仕立ては難しいので、熟練されました
一人の職人さんが、一枚づつ作るとかなり非効率な生産となりました。）
裁断に関しても通常はコンピューター管理の裁断機が行っているのですが、総柄合わせの為、職人さんの
手裁断で行っております。
そして、やっとサンプルが出来上がってきました！

このデッドストック生地、ブロックチェックなのですが、よくみますとヘリンボーンになっているのです。
コットン100％ですから殆どのシーズンご愛用して頂けると思います。

お袖口のカフスは、Wボタンですからダウンベストなどを羽織るシーズン、グローブなどの上からも
カフス留めが可能となります。

さて着用しますと、こんな雰囲気になります。

通常のワークシャツの場合、ポケットはバイヤスなのですが、きちんと柄合わせも行う丁寧な縫製に感服ですね。

シャツのバランスってのがありますから。
悪戯に短いシャツも子供っぽくて変ですし、長すぎても可笑しいし難しいですよね。

勿論、RESOLUTE 711にも良くお似合いになりますね。
