Another of the measures announced on Wednesday is a plan to change livestock feed to include an enzyme that reduces nitrogen oxide emissions from cows.
Farmers are also set to be affected by plans next month to cut emissions in protected areas of the country that are part of a European network known as Natura 2000.」

日本基準だと，法定速度は100km/hくらいでしょうに。そりゃぶっとばせば気分はよかろうが，そうまで必要ある速度か，その規制はrottenとまでいうべきものか，などと。ヨーロッパ諸国はあらかた130km/hが基準らしく，それでよくよそさんに文句言えたものだな，などとも思える。あれか，WWIであったという，『銃後では金時計の鎖を供出するという極めて困難で偉大な報国行動が行われた』的なあれか。も少し真面目にするといい気がするけど。
あと農家にしわ寄せが行っているようで，ああうん，そりゃあ農家も数え上げれば相当数はいますからね。トラクターなんぞ，毎日乗りまわしなどしませんが，まあ数え上げれば多数ありますしね。都会で130km/hでぶっとぶ車の方が多いような気はしますが。
