Ok, I don't believe Assad's Government did this..but this could be from any middle-eastern conflict zone. FSA and other armed groups have come up with a variety of improvised weaponry during this conflict, this could be just that. Also the blurred out logo at the top of the video - it's probably the mark of whichever Muslim Brigade is filming (which would help show us who fired this gun...) So, for now...I call B.S. on this "evidence"
