Autel IM608 Failed to Diagnose Opel Movano 2020?

Problem:

It is a Opel Movano 2020. Tried on both Autel IM608 and Ultra, but it’s hard. I can connect but it leaves my with many options to choose like engine code, type of radio, ac system and so on. By vin Autel just doesn’t auto select the right vehicle details and so i’m not able to connect to the car, there are just too many selections which leave me with at least 3000 combinations to select. Does anyone has a suggestion on how to survive the options and enter the vehicle?



Solution:
Its not a GM product.
Its a Renault with different badges.
From 2021 its a Fiat with different badges. From 2021 the Movano was based on the Ducato.

That is a very common problem with GM products and RPO codes. You need to know how to find the RPO code sticker or how to pull them via VIN. It’s not a tool problem as even with the factory tool you need to know this.

Dispite the car is an Opel with an Opel VIN, entering the vehicle under Renault, it did provide decent access.

Enter as Renault master and it’ll auto detect fine.
