SA、シーブリッジ・ゴールド 完全に売却！

SA（Seabridge Gold, Inc）を全株、売却しました。

さて、ゴールドレポートではブライアン・ランディンのインタビュー記事がのっていました。

いつもでしたらなんてことはないのですが、バンクーバー・リソース・コンファレンスでの内容が語られていました。

インタビュアー　「参加者はM&Aが話題になったかどうか？」

ブライアン・ランディン　「もちろん。プローブ・マインのM&Aはまさに私が会議出席中に発表されたわけだし、その候補にはことかかないわけだからね」

インタビュアー　「いつもいろんな銘柄をあげてくれるけど、特に注目しているのは？」←ナイス、突っ込み！

ブライアン・ランディン　「Kaminak Gold Corp. (KAM:TSX.V), Columbus Gold Corp. (CGT:TSX.V; CBGDF:OTCQX), Asanko Gold Inc. (AKG:TSX; AKG:NYSE.MKT), Romarco Minerals Inc. (R:TSX), Almaden Minerals Ltd. (AMM:TSX; AAU:NYSE) and Midas Gold Corp. (MAX:TSX)」

いくつかの銘柄のコメントがつづきます。

アルマデン（ALAMADEN）は4百万オンスのメキシコのプロジェクトが魅力的。でもアルマデンはプロスペクト・ジェネレーターです。株と引き換えに運転資金を融通する会社。そういった会社をM&Aするとしたらやはり同業になるはずです。候補は非常にかぎられてくるのですが。

また、カリブル・マイニング・コープもその株をかいつづけていると。同社はニカラグアに大きな権益を持っています、

近い将来、良いニュースがきけるはずだ、と。ってこの銘柄、私も持っているので備忘録として書いたのですが、

ブライアン、たいしたこといってね～。期待薄ですね。

それからもう一人、私はこの人はしりませんが、Heiko Ihle, managing director at H.C. Wainwright & Co

ヘイコー・イールさんとでもお読みするのでしょうか？HCワインライト社のMDって、これも知りませんが…

その方、おもしろいこといっているのでご紹介です。

今見ておく要素は３つ。

location, management teams and the viability of the asset or assets.

場所、経営陣、資産の透明性。

なんだか、場所、経営者、食品のトレーサビリティーにおきかえたらそのまま飲食業でつかえそうですよね。

で、アレクスコ・リソース・コープについて言及しています。

ユーコン（スタバでユーコン、おなじみですよね。）に銀の鉱山を持っています。1オンス15ドルだと収益性という意味で難しいのですが、17から20ドルになれば、生産を再開するそうです。いま、17ドル程度。悪くない、といったところでしょうか？

I also follow Alexco Resource Corp. (AXR:TSX; AXU:NYSE.MKT), which has a silver mine in the Yukon. It's a slightly more challenging asset given its streaming agreement with Silver Wheaton Corp. (SLW:TSX; SLW:NYSE), which limited profitability when silver was near $15/oz. Alexco's agreement with Silver Wheaton was recently renegotiated and over the next couple of months, assuming that commodity prices cooperate, I believe that the company may restart production. That means silver being in the $17–20/oz range. At the current silver price, the company can make money with production instead of just trading tonnage for dollars and not really coming out ahead.

それにしてもマイレージもたまってきたことだし、今年の10月は久しぶりにこの手のコンファレンスにいってみるのもいいかな～とも思い始めています。

 

 

久しぶりにポートフォリオのチェックしました。

最悪。。。

金鉱山株が好き、だなんてもう、恥ずかしくていえません。

こうなったら最後を看取ってあげようとおもいます。

少しづつ、クソポートフォリオを紹介していきたいと。

トップバッターはエッジウォーター（EDW.V）、M&Aで吸収されることになりました。

本来であればおめでたい話なのですが、実際は。。。

問題はパインクレスト。

こちらの株価もぱっとしません。

同社のプレスリリースにエッジウォーターから役員受け入れを歓迎する旨がありました。

二人の専門家の略歴です。

問題は固有名詞が殆ど出てこないところ。

眉唾か、似たような零細で投資家を騙してきたか、

唯一の名称がUniversity of Manchester, UK

こちらは実在します。

BBCドラマシャーロックでも有名なベネディクト・カンバーバッチも同大学の卒業生だそうです。

最後に希望を託すとしたら株主構成でしょうか？！
