方便品第二（その２７）

たとえ人の心が散乱していて
Even if a person has a scattered mind
一輪の花をもつなどに至り
Even if offering just one flower
描かれた仏像に供養する
Offerings to painted images
次第に無数の仏を見る
Gradually see countless Buddhas
あるいは礼拝する人がいる
Or some people worship
あるいはただ合掌する
Or simply put hands together
一つの手を挙げるなどに至り
Even if raising just one hand
あるいは少し頭を下げる
Or slightly bow the head
これをもって仏像に供養する
Offer to this image
次第に無量の仏を見る
Gradually see innumerable Buddhas
自ら無上道を達成して
Attain the supreme path by oneself
無数の衆生を広く救う
Broadly save countless beings
余すことのない涅槃に入る
Enter complete nirvana
薪（たきぎ）が尽きて火が消えるように
Like a fire extinguished when fuel is gone


もし人の心が散乱していて
Even if a person has a scattered mind
塔や廟（祠堂）の中に入る
Entering a stupa or shrine
一度「南無仏」と称える
Uttering "Namu Buddha" once
皆すでに仏道を成し遂げた
All have already attained the Buddha’s path
過去の諸仏において
Regarding past Buddhas
現在なのか、または滅後
Either currently alive or after passing
もしこの法を聞くことあるなら
If one hears this Dharma
皆すでに仏道を成し遂げた
All have already attained the Buddha’s path
未来の諸々の世尊
Future World-Honored Ones
その数は計り知れない
Their number is immeasurable
これらの諸々の如来たち
These various Tathagatas
また方便をもって法を説く
Also teach Dharma through expedients
一切の諸々の如来
All various Tathagatas
無限で計り知れない方便によって
Through immeasurable expedients
諸々の衆生を救い解放する
Liberate various sentient beings
仏の無漏（煩悩がない）智に入らせる
Enter the Buddha’s undefiled wisdom
もし法を聞く者があれば
If there are those who hear the Dharma
一人も仏に成らない者は無い
None fail to become Buddhas
