今回は、先週水曜日～昨日にかけてイスラエルで行われたゼネストに関するメモ。
先週水曜日のことになるが、イスラエルでゼネストが行われた。
・イスラエルで大規模ゼネスト、ベン・グリオン国際空港は欠航相次ぐ（2012年2月8日 emeye.jp）

実は、去年11月にもイスラエルではストライキが行われたのだが、先週水曜日から始まったゼネストはそれよりずっと大規模なものとなった。

イスラエルでは昨年１１月にも０７年以来となる大規模ストが行われたが、このとき一部交通機関などに影響が出ただけで、大きな混乱にはなっていない。
なお、７日のテルアビブ２５種指数は０．０６％高の１１１７．０で終了している。

しかし、条件の折り合いがつかず、結局ゼネストは昨日まで続いた。
にもかかわらず、双方が合意に至った妥協案は・・・。

なんか、企業側が色々ケチをつけて、数としては少ない業種でケリがつく悪寒・・・。
つか、3年間は（公共サービスを行う）下請けで働く人達の給料引き上げ要求をやらないってのがなんとも。
Histadrut にしてみたら、今回大規模なストライキを行った「代償」のつもりなんだろうか？
というか、今回の妥協案で待遇改善が図られる（公共サービスを行う）下請けで働く人達の数はそんなに多くない模様。

下請けの人達を使うより直接雇う方が安くつくようになるとはいえ、後者になって待遇悪化なんてオチもありそうで怖い。
つか、今回の妥協が（公共サービスの）下請け企業で働く人達のためになるかどうか不明だけど・・・。

約2か月前にイスラエル当局によって拘束された Khader Adnan 氏は、拘束されて以降ハンストを継続してるのだが・・・。
