Western countries should recognize North Korea and Iran's "development and possession of nuclear weapons." Currently, the possession of nuclear weapons does not serve as a ``deterrent against war.'' In fact, wars are being waged easily using "conventional weapons."

I argue that wars using "conventional weapons" should be "banned." War should be limited to "nuclear war." This will act as a deterrent to war.

In order to create and maintain this rule, the three countries, the United States, Russia, and China, should form a G3 military alliance. There will be no more wars for about 100 years.

The G3 military alliance is a collegial system. If the three countries cannot reach consensus, it will be a nuclear war. Since the three countries are ``adult countries,'' they will ``continue discussions'' in order to ``avoid nuclear war.''

The world's conflicts are adjudicated by the G3 military alliance. If a country does not comply with the ruling, the G3 military alliance will ``destroy that country'' with a ``nuclear attack.''

In other words, disputes between nations can only be resolved through "talk." We cannot wage war under a system where we can easily be subject to a ``nuclear attack.''

The big issue is how to deal with the "military industry." Humans seem to like war. The ``military industry'' moves politicians to disallow the formation of the ``G3 military alliance.''

So I propose a "war show". A "war show" is a war with "conventional weapons." The difference from current wars is the prohibition of killing or injuring. Intentional killing or injury during a war show is a penalty.

Therefore, in war shows, ``AI robots'' will replace ``humans'' as the ``main soldiers.'' The technology of "Ai soldiers" will be highly developed.

When the technology of "AI soldiers" becomes highly developed, the technology will be transferred to civilian industries and society will become a highly civilized society. That's why I keep suggesting "war shows."

The "war show" will be "broadcast on TV." "War shows" will become the largest "entertainment industry."
In order to do so, they stake out ``territory and money'' as ``prizes'' in a ``war show.''

The host of the "War Show" is the "G3 Military Alliance." Conflicts around the world are always fought with the approval of the G3 military alliance. In response to major violations, the G3 military alliance launches a nuclear attack on the violating country.

私は「通常兵器」による戦争を「禁止」するべきだと主張しています。戦争は「核戦争」に限定するべきです。こうすることで、戦争の抑止力になります。

このルール作る維持するために、「米国・ロシア・中国」の３か国は「Ｇ３軍事同盟」を結成するべきです。これで１００年くらい、戦争は無くなります。

「Ｇ３軍事同盟」は「合議制」です。３か国の合議が得られない場合は、「核戦争」にします。３か国は「大人の国」ですから「核戦争を避ける」ために「話し合いを継続」します。

世界の紛争は「Ｇ３軍事同盟」が「裁定」します。裁定に応じない国に対しては、「Ｇ３軍事同盟」は「核攻撃」で「その国家を破壊します」。

つまり、国家間の紛争は「話し合い」で解決するしかありません。簡単に「核攻撃」を受ける制度に下、では戦争をすることができません。

大きな問題は、「軍事産業」への対策です。人類は「戦争」が好きなようです。「軍事産業」は、政治家を動かして、「Ｇ３軍事同盟」の結成を認めません。
