Yasuhiro Nagano Opinion

After the US-Russia summit, President Trump expressed his intention to seek a peace agreement rather than a ceasefire. The American media criticized this as a "policy shift to accommodate Russia." This signals the end of the American media.
The American media appears to be hoping for a nuclear war with Russia. Trump chose a "peace agreement" because a "ceasefire" is impossible now. Don't cry, Trump! God is on your side.
The Washington Post criticized Trump for "a dramatic policy shift to accommodate Russia, which is trying to buy time." Does the paper support a "US-Russia nuclear war"? It's utter insanity.
The New York Times reported, "No ceasefire, no sanctions. Trump has capitulated to Putin." No matter what he says, Trump simply wants to avoid a "US-Russia nuclear war."
Putin has repeatedly called for a peace agreement. President Zelensky called for an immediate ceasefire, but with conditions favorable to Ukraine.
French Prime Minister Borne, speaking in parliament on the 3rd, said that while the war in Ukraine will continue, France is prepared and wants to make the "cost of war" unbearable for Russia. How foolish!
France appears to be preparing for a nuclear war with Russia. Trump should allow Russia to use a nuclear EMP. A nuclear EMP would instantly return France to the civilized states of the 16th century.
Trump would probably tell Putin not to use a Hiroshima-type nuclear bomb, but he would allow the use of a nuclear EMP. The French people must be prepared.
A nuclear EMP would explode at high altitude in France, showering a wide area with electromagnetic waves. The United States cannot support France because it does not have a defense system against a high-altitude EMP attack.
The United States will remain neutral in a war between France, its allies, and Russia because it does not want America to be "destroyed."
An EMP would not destroy buildings or cause casualties. However, damaged electronic circuits cause equipment to malfunction, rendering cars, smartphones, and other devices unable to communicate.
In the event of an EMP attack, food would become difficult to obtain, and the French would starve to death. France should prepare to flee to Algeria or elsewhere as refugees.
Even if the United States wanted to send military aircraft to France to provide relief, they would be unable to land because the electronics at French airports have been destroyed. The French would starve to death.
In the United States, the horrors of an EMP have been made into films and are well known to the American public. The only way for French people to secure food is to bike or walk to their farms in the countryside.
Russia will not be fooled again. France tricked Russia into a ceasefire through the Minsk Agreements, but former German Chancellor Merkel revealed that this was merely a way for Ukraine to build up its military.
French Prime Minister Borne, on behalf of the French government, has effectively declared war on Russia. President Putin should consult with President Trump and launch a nuclear EMP attack on France.
The United States will help France rebuild after the war. Thanks to exports generated by France's reconstruction, the American economy will boom. President Trump is grinning.
Germany will not enter the war. The Germans are smart. If the German government were to enter the war, violent anti-government protests would likely ensue within Germany, leading to the resignation of the entire cabinet.
Britain will follow Germany's lead. Italy, other NATO countries, and EU nations will grow cold and abandon France. Trump has calculated this, so his next move is clear. Good luck, Trump.

Part 2. "Immigration Control Act Violation Cases" "Saturday Edition".
Please see the weekday edition for Chapters 1 and 2.
"Chapter 3". I also appealed to the international community.
"I" explained my case using "legal logic" and claimed "innocence". However, the police and prosecutors said that I should "admit" my "guilt" in "general terms".

However, Article 31 of the Japanese Constitution stipulates that punishment can only be imposed based on "legal and administrative law".
The judge explained the "causal relationship" using the logic of "when the wind blows, the (cooper) makes money". The international community will "laugh" when they "see" the (reason for punishment) in Chapter 2.
I am "appealing" for two things.
1: The foreigner was "illegally working" outside of his "legal residence status". However, he is innocent due to "equality under the law".
2: The prosecution "applied" the "act of aiding and abetting" of "Article 22, Paragraph 4, Item 4 of the Immigration Control Act (cancellation of residence status)" to the violation of Article 70 of the Immigration Control Act as the "crime of aiding and abetting" of Articles 60 and 62 of the Criminal Code. In this case, the provisions of the Immigration Control Act (administrative measures) take precedence.
Prosecutors do not have the "legal skills" to prepare an indictment. Prosecutors do not have the "legal ability" to prepare an indictment. In Japanese, it's like "mixing miso paste and feces."
In 2010, "me and the Chinese" who violated the Immigration Control Act, and in 2013, Philippine embassy staff and diplomats were also punished for the same reason.
Under pressure from the international community, the Japanese government revised the Immigration Control Act.
However, the Japanese government has not "apology" to "me, the Chinese, and the Filipinos." It has not "restored their honor or paid compensation."
In response to criticism from the international community, the Japanese government amended the Immigration Control Act in December 2016 to make it punishable to "provide" a "false employment contract." This came into effect in January 2017.
However, Article 39 of the Constitution means that people cannot be "punished" "retroactively."
Japan needs to re-educate its special-class public servants and educate its Diet members on the Constitution and laws.
"Chapter 4." Look at the "indictment."
The facts stated "state" the "facts" of "innocence." (Japanese/English)

This case is an error in the arbitrary application of the law by police officers, prosecutors, and judges. Reeducation of special public officials is necessary.
"Chinese, Korean, Filipino, American, etc." There are tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of victims all over the world. It's an abnormal number.
"Chapter 5". After his release, he emailed the Japanese embassy, OHCHR, and ICC for help.
The ambassador of African country A cannot protest to the Japanese government in his capacity as ambassador. (Because country A is supported by the Japanese government), but he can get his friends at the ICC to take action.
I think an international organization probably pointed this out to the Japanese government.
After that, the Immigration Control Act was amended in December 2016 to make it possible to punish the act of providing false employment contracts. This came into effect in January 2017.
But no one has not notified us of anything.
Furthermore, Article 39 of the Constitution stipulates that laws cannot be applied retroactively to punish people.
There are tens of thousands, even hundreds of thousands, of victims around the world, and they are said to be "Chinese, Korean, Filipino, American, etc." This is an abnormal number.
The rest will be published in the Sunday edition.
