For Russia, Ukraine was a ``buffer zone'' that protected Russia from NATO's invasion of the east. That is why, before the war, Russia asked NATO to ``demilitarize and neutralize Ukraine''.

Russia should make maximum concessions and bring the war to an end in order to prevent the loss of "Eastern Slavic" lives in further wars.

Russia's concession is to allow Ukraine to join the EU and NATO. In exchange, Ukraine should be made to "keep its promise" under the Minsk agreements not to bring foreign troops or weapons into Ukraine.

And ``the United States and NATO'' should allow the creation of a ``new buffer state'' to replace Ukraine. It is the “Kurdish state of the Kurds.”

Russia must transfer eastern Ukraine to the Kurds as "territory of the Kurdish state" on the condition that it becomes Russia's ally.

「”中露”の、１６日の会談」：ウクライナ戦争を巡って中国は、「ウクライナ主導の和平交渉に反対するロシアに寄り添う”姿勢”」を「堅持」する。

異次元ですが、米国が加われば「G3軍事同盟」の「会議になる」のだが、ウクライナ主導では、戦争は終わらない。

（中国外務省の声明）：彼らはウクライナ問題の政治的解決を掲げるが、中国はあくまで「ロシアとウクライナ双方が、同意する枠組みを支持する」立場だ！。私は中国が、一番「まともな意見」だと思う。

プーチン氏は、新たに始めたロシア軍によるハルキウ州での地上作戦について「ウクライナの責任だ。ベルゴロドなど（ロシアの）国境地域の住宅を攻撃し、市民が死亡している」と「訴え」た。

プーチン氏は、「緩衝地帯が必要だ」と強調する一方で、「ハルキウ　占領」は「いまは、計画はない」とも述べた。。

私は、ロシアはウクライナ東部の「占領地」を「クルド人の国家」に与えるべきと主張している。

ゼレンスキー氏は「NATO・EU」への加盟を切望した。そして、戦争で「クリミヤやウクライナ東部」を「奪い返す」ことを選挙公約して大統領になりました。

ウクライナはロシアにとって、NATOの東方侵略から「ロシアを守る、緩衝地帯」でした。だから、戦争前、ロシアは「ウクライナの非武装・中立」を「NATO」に求めたのです。

ロシアは、これ以上の戦争で「東スラブ人」の「人命」が失われることを防ぐために、最大限の譲歩をして「終戦」にするべきです。
