There is another reason for the "missile launch." North Korea says, "This is a message to the Japanese government to 'return' the 'abduction victims' to North Korea." I don't think many people understand what this means.

It seems that a dozen short-range ballistic missiles were launched almost simultaneously from the northern part of the capital, Pyongyang, at around 6:13 a.m. on the 30th. The Japanese government is in uproar as usual.

If a large number of missiles fly from North Korea at the same time, it will be difficult for US and South Korean anti-aircraft missiles to intercept them. Please look at the photo. This will be equipped with a nuclear bomb.

The South Korean military has suggested that these are "missiles," which North Korea calls "super-large rocket artillery" based on their flight characteristics.

North Korea developed it as a "tactical nuclear weapon," and conducted launch training in March and April. The Japanese government says it can "intercept," but that's impossible.

This is unique and interesting. North Korea has been sending "large balloons" with "bags full of garbage and filth" hanging from them toward South Korea since the 28th. I'm proposing to Russia to send "balloons and missiles" with "filth" hanging from them toward Ukraine.

According to the South Korean military and others, more than 200 of them fell in various parts of South Korea, including Seoul. They also fell on the roof of the building in Seoul that houses the South Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Japanese Embassy in South Korea. The Japanese government should be grateful that they are "filth" and not "bombs."

Kim Yo-jong, vice director of the party, claimed on the 29th that this was a countermeasure against North Korean defectors living in South Korea sending anti-regime leaflets toward North Korea using balloons. She has a sense of humor. Russia should also wage a "humorous war" against Ukraine.

However, the Japanese government broke that promise and did not return the five to North Korea. There were mixed opinions in Japan about this. It is said that the reason for not returning the five was a "suggestion" from Mr. Abe (later Prime Minister) to Prime Minister Koizumi.

However, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was negative about breaking the promise with North Korea, and Chief Cabinet Secretary Fukuda also made statements in favor of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at a press conference.

A newspaper wrote, "If Japan does not return the five to North Korea, North Korea may fire missiles at Japan." The author thought, "That's pretty horrible."

When newspapers write things like this, public opinion becomes weak. In fact, I honestly thought I would be scared if North Korea were to fire at me. North Korea is now doing what the Japanese media feared.

In October 2002, the five abductees who were confirmed to be alive returned to Japan. However, Prime Minister Koizumi did not return the five to North Korea. As a result, the five victims, who were separated from their families, endured in silence.

Then, a year and a half later, in May 2004, North Korea returned the children of the abductees to Japan. I felt like I had never seen "resolute Japanese diplomacy" before. This is why North Korea is threatening Japan.

The author says that there has never been an example in the past of Western countries engaging in proper diplomacy without being deceived by North Korea, and there has never been one since. Is it North Korea or Japan that is at fault? We need to give an answer before North Korea launches a nuclear missile.

北朝鮮が5月３０日、短距離弾道ミサイル十数発を発射した。これは、在韓米軍や韓国軍の基地を打撃する能力を誇示する狙いだったようだ。しかし、....

「ミサイル発射」には別の理由があります。北朝鮮は「これは日本政府に『拉致被害者』を北朝鮮に『返せ』というメッセージだ」としている。この意味を理解している人は多くないと思う。

十数発の短距離弾道ミサイルは３０日午前６時１３分頃、首都 平壌ピョンヤン の北部からほぼ一斉に発射されたようだ。日本政府は、いつものように大騒ぎ。

北朝鮮から、多数のミサイルが同時に飛来すれば米韓の対空ミサイルでも迎撃は難しくなる。写真を見てください。これに核爆弾が搭載される。

韓国軍では、飛行の特徴などから北朝鮮が「超大型ロケット砲」と呼ぶ「ミサイル」との見方が出ている。

北朝鮮が「戦術核兵器」として開発したもので、３月と４月にも発射訓練を行った。日本政府は「迎撃できる」と言うが、無理でしょう。

これはユニークで面白い。北朝鮮は２８日から、「ゴミや汚物の入った袋」をぶら下げた「大型風船」を、韓国に向けて飛ばした。私はロシアに「汚物」をぶら下げた「風船やミサイル」を、ウクライナに飛ばせと提案している。

韓国軍などによるとソウルを含む韓国各地で２００以上落下した。ソウルの韓国外交省庁舎や在韓日本大使館が入居するビルの屋上にも落下した。日本政府は「爆弾」でなく「汚物」であることに感謝するべきだ。

金与正キムヨジョン 党副部長は２９日、韓国在住の脱北者らが北朝鮮に向け、反体制ビラを風船で飛ばしたことへの対抗措置だと主張した。彼女はユーモアがある。ロシアもウクライナに対して「ユーモアな戦争」をするべきだ。

ソウルの韓国外交省庁舎や在韓日本大使館が入居するビルの屋上にも落下した。日本政府は北朝鮮に約束した、一時帰国させた「拉致被害者」を約束通り北朝鮮に返すべきだ。これは日本の「騙し外交」に対する北朝鮮の抗議だ。

小泉訪朝は世界に衝撃を与えた。日本の首相が自ら北朝鮮に乗り込んで、拉致被害者5人とその家族を取り戻したのだ。 さらに驚いたのは、 日本が北朝鮮との約束を平然と破ったことだった。

 5人の被害者が帰国した時、日朝両政府は、 彼らをいったん北朝鮮に返して、改めて日本に帰国させる、という約束をしていた。

しかしその約束を日本政府は破って、5人を北朝鮮に返さなかった。  これには国内でも賛否両論があった。 5人を返さなかったのは、 安倍氏（のちの首相）から小泉首相への「進言」だったとされている。 

だが北朝鮮との約束を破ることについて、外務省は否定的で、 福田官房長官も会見で外務省寄りの発言をしていた。

ある新聞が、 「日本が北朝鮮に5人を返さなければ、北朝鮮はミサイルを日本に撃つかもしれない」 と書いていた、筆者は 「ずいぶん酷いことだ、な、と思った」。 

新聞がこう書けば、世論は弱気になる。 実際、僕も、北が撃ってきたら怖いな、と正直思った。北朝鮮は、今、日本のメディアが恐れたことを、実行している。

2002年10月、生存が確認された拉致被害者5人が帰国。しかし小泉首相は、5人を北朝鮮に返さなかった。そのために、家族と離れ離れになってしまった5人の被害者も、 黙って耐えた。

そして北朝鮮は1年半後の2004年5月、拉致被害者の子供たちを帰国させた。 僕は「毅然とした日本外交」というものを初めて見た気がした。 これが北朝鮮が日本を脅す原因だ。

筆者は、西側諸国が北朝鮮にだまされずに、まともな外交をした例は、 過去にはなかったし、その後もない、と言う。悪いのは北朝鮮ですか、日本ですか。北朝鮮から「核ミサイル」が飛んでくる前に答えを出すべきです。
