旅行とお泊り会仲間。
お母さんがカルガリー滞在中も一緒に宴会してくれた仲間。
母が亡くなった日。日本へ飛ぶ前に、
みんなそれぞれ食べ物の差し入れや心温まる手紙、お香典をくれた。
お返しにお母さん手編みのグッズを受け取ってもらった。

ケイトヒップホップ。
いまいちパットしない。
今までのアクロバティッククラスは金曜日。
金曜日は仕事も忙しいし、ボーイズのバスケクラブもあるから送迎が間に合わず諦めた。
でも来期から仕事諦めてアクロに戻ろう。
Kate's Hip hop class but its not enough fun.
Its been busy Fridays at work and the boys' basketball classes so she gave up taking acrobatic classes on Fridays.
But i might have to gave up my work late on Fridays and she will go back to acrobatic classes next year.

メキシコで牡蠣食べすぎでなったアレルギー。
半年まって専門家で検査。
しかし、結果が出ず、血液検査の予約をする。
I ate too much fresh oysters like a little less than 200 pieces for 2 weeks, and i got an allergy to them.
I had been waiting about 6 months since I asked to get an allergy test and finally I got a skin test for shell fish, but the result didin't show, so I have to do a blood test.

あミリアの誕生日会。

フェイシャルスクール始まる。
Taking a facial course!
皮膚の構造。これ丸暗記。
これが意外に出来た。
他にも顔の骨の名前、筋肉の名前、皮膚病、皮膚がんの見極め方など、
テストに合格するには丸暗記が必要。
８０点以下は２００ドル払って再試験。そんな無駄使いは出来ません。
２０年以上ぶりに勉強したさ。
実地試験は余裕の９７点。筆記テストはスペル間違い大目に見てくれてギリギリ８６点で一発合格！
中には問題の意味も分からないのもあったけど、前々からメールで質問したり、
歳なのに記憶力のない脳みそ使って頑張って覚えてることをアピールしてたから
スペリングが全然違うのに丸にしてくれてどうにか受かった。
受講料高かったけどこれも６５歳まで働く投資だわ。
We have to memorize the layers of the skin, facial bones and muscles, skin cancers/diseases and skin conditions.
if you can't get more than 80% on the exam we have to pay $200 to retry. I can't afford that so I worked harder than ever for the first time in 20 years.
The result of my practical was 97% which was easy, but theory was a close call 86%.
Ive been texting to the teacher to ask some questions, also I was giving some excuse that Im an imigrant and my brain is not so young so she was nice enough to give me a breaks.
Tuition was expensive but a good investment for the future.

ケーキどころじゃない。フェイシャル学校で毎朝あるテストの勉強の事で頭がいっぱい
My birthday. Couldn't enjoy with my cake beuase I was stressed out over the quiz every morning at the facial school.

学校で忙しいって時に。アタマジラミ。
夜な夜な３時までワイン片手に老眼鏡とライトで1っ匹づつつかみ取る。
We found that Kate had head lice.
Picked out every shige head lice with my red wine until 3 in the morning.

100匹くらい住んでた。
学校の勉強もあるのに、これだよ。
考えるだけで頭がかゆくなる。
そういえばケイト頭痒そうにしてたんだよ。
仕事と学校で忙しくてじっくり見る時間もなく、見ないふりしてた。
だからシラミが卵を産み、孵化して大量に住み着きやがった。
これは悪夢。
I was super busy with the school and work and i knew Kate was scratching her head often but I was ignoring it.
1 lice laid 7 eggs and then they hatched within 7 days, and got lots. it was a major nightmare.
それでも日曜日はスキー
We are in panic but Sunday was a ski day as usual.
