きっかけは、今月23日に Channel 2 が 8歳の女の子（超正統派ユダヤ教徒）が「服装の乱れ」を理由に行われる嫌がらせで学校に行きたがらないとか、それに対する男性の発言（服装が乱れてる女性は唾を吐きかけられても当然、という趣旨）を放送したことだとか。
