最近になってベトナムでは、車の利用者が増えているという。
これだけでも大気汚染の原因とも言えるが、品質の落ちる燃料を使ってることも別の原因のようだ。
高品質の燃料（多分低硫黄軽油とか）はアホみたいに高いので、品質は落ちるけど安い燃料が重宝されるというわけか。
例の記事では、ベトナムでも質の良い原油は取れるとも書いてある。
しかし、以下の理由で品質の悪い燃料が出回ってるという・・・。
