2019 We encounter old railway rout yard. At Minatoku Tokyo, southeast,Tokyo. This yard of rout was settled at sea,Tokyo Bay Area. At JREAST’s Shinagawa railyard, by railyard relocation construct, buried old railyard was emerged.About 110years slumber was shaken.Old railways were buried by new railways 110years ago. Japan’s first railway was it.And TIKUTEI was also there.
NewbornMeiji Government(at 1868 started Meiji Era) began Railway project by English support. From Yokohama(At last Edo Era New port was born) to Shinbashi(Tokyo metropolitan)was its railway plan. This Railway plan began at 1869. Yokohama to Shinagawa railway rout was no problem. But at Shinagawa to Shinbashi, planned rout was denied by newborn army and navy. Militaryman refused their yard to offer.Militarybase was there.So Railway planner began to on the sea railway project.They construct embankment on the sea. Railway constructor complete about 2.7kirometer embankment at sea. And Railway line was about 10meter from shore. See appended 2 pictures,and TIKUTEI NOW. About 3years-later Railway began to run(1873).But single line not double.Asian No.2 Railway was born.With English technical support and with Japanese castle construct technology,this technology was Edo Era’s technology.Battery-fort on the sea, ODAIBA was it.Stone pile on the sea.Anglo-Japanese combined technology.Japanese modernization was started by the way.Anglo-Japanese relationship brought many other things. But railways were biggest one.
But Redevopment enterprise is now all 2.7kilometers railway’s part of 4%,80meters to remain. And relocaton and restore,30meters.So,remaining TIKUTEI will be destruct and be buried.Destruct and beried TIKUTEI will be never seen forever.
So, We began to insist belows.
1. DO NOT DESTROY TIKUTEI.
2. INVESTIGATION FIRST. DISCOVER ORIGINAL RAILWAYS MORE,TIME WAITS.
3. RESTORE ORIGINAL RAILWAYS.

突然の手紙をお赦し下さい。
2019年、私たちは古い鉄道敷地に遭遇しました。東京の南東部の港区です。この敷地は海上だったのです。東京湾です。JR東日本の品川の線路移設工事で、埋められた線路が表れたのです。
110年の眠りがさまされたのです。日本で最初の鉄道です。古い鉄道は、110年前に新しい鉄道の為に埋められたのです。日本最初の鉄道です。そして、築堤がそこにあったのです。
新しく生まれた明治政府(1868明治時代)は英国人の援助で、鉄道を企画します。横浜(江戸時代の末期に新しく開かれた港)から新橋(新しい首都)がそのルートです。この鉄道計画は1869年に開始されました。横浜から品川までは、ルートに問題はありませんでした。しかし、品川から新橋はその計画路線は、新しい陸海軍によって拒否されました。彼らの基地がそこにあったのです。そこで鉄道計画者は海の上に、鉄道敷地を創ることにしたのです。彼らは海上築堤を作りました。彼らは2.7キロメートルの海上築堤を完成させました。その築堤は海岸から約10メ ートルの処でした。添付した開始時期の絵と、今回発見された築堤の写真をご覧ください。英国の技術と日本の築城技術、これは江戸時代の技術です。海上要塞砲台、お台場です、海上に石を積み上げる技術です。日本の近代化はこうして始まったのです。日英の協力は他の様々なものがありました。しかし、鉄道が最大のものです。
しかし、再開発企業は現在、築堤全体2.7キロメートルの内、80メートルのみを残し、移設と復原は30メートルで、全体の4%を行う予定です。それでは残りは壊されるか、埋められてしまします。壊され、埋められた築堤は、二度と人の目に触れられなくなるでしよう。
そこで私たちは以下の事を申し上ます。
1. 築堤を壊すな。
2. 築堤調査第一 最初の鉄道をもっと調査せよ、時間をかけよ。
3. 最初の鉄道を復原せよ。
そうです、高輪築堤を救えです。
世界の鉄道ファンの皆様、力をお与え下さい、そして愛を。
