19/03/2017 (Sunday, afternoon) I made a Ma-Boung Tou Fu for lunch. I have a slight fever today and my throat pains a bit. I put Japenese red pepper cocktail spice called "SHICHI MI TOOGARASHI" or 7 varieties of peppers in Japanese. Good choice! And the result was perfect!!! Without minced meat type. YUKARI lef a bowl of fried minced pork meat on the table, however, I didn't use it. Without any meat, this dish is already perfect. Just put some more animal protain like something, for example, pork minced meat, minced portry, some seafood, and so on.
I found a package of prozen sea foods at cost of US$1. Nice to make a dish for one person. I bought one mixed sea food and one shirimps only. They were used for my paella with tarmeric. Delicious dished!!
