YUKARI's End (92)

 A strange neighbours are here and there. My mother said to me that TAMAYA appartment houses were full, because some families with kids want to put their kids into the primary school. However, not at all! A kind of game. Hachioji like situation. Renting and borrowing of kids system in small town to abuse the financial benefits provided by the local government. And they failed. Miyuki was too too right. No school system was done. Just Miyuki didn't know it. And said, "If Alex wants to go to high school only for uniform, his problem. I am free from it. I paid for junior high. And obligation I did. Graduation he did pratically. And Clare doesn't want to go to school OK, better for us. No school degree world. OK. At least, I know how to write. Now I want to try to make GYUUHI or soft sofisticated sticky oval transparent Dango like ingredients. MIZUAME or sticky sweetening natural product made of some vegitables or so.

  I failed to make a smoothy Dango using SHIRATAMA-powder, however, I would make more delicious sweet. Tamaya's main brand is called "UBA-TAMA" or Very Black Ball. The stewed sweet read beans are the most important part. And then the GYUUHI. In Chinese character, it is written as Cow and Skin, soft like a calf, probably ment. However, not any animal products are included.

  Thus, If I learn to make GYUUHI, I could make the TAMAYA's traditional Japanese sweets called UBATAMA. Probably, If I take a bit more time, I could learn it.
