This method is the new conformal coating method of there being no bubble to a water base conformal coating material, having coated to Zisso PCB uniformly, and having also realized dryness for a short time.
It can coat water base conformal coating material without the bubble correctly by the system using special spray method, and it also made possible to dry for a short time.
The new style low flow late valve (FSCC06Micro Spray Gun) with star-shaped nozzle succeeded in formation of selective coating and a uniform film.
