Sense-making of complexity

Although Christensen does present a comprehensive analysis of disruptive technologies in his book, I thought that looking at it from a complexity and sense-making point of view could yield some useful understanding. The idea is that by utilising an appropriate framework for analysis of complex environments, such as Snowden’s Cynefin framework, I will be able to produce some sort of “disruptive technology operational manual” that managers can use to navigate the uncharted territories that such innovations help to create.
