水は青かったが、プラスチックなどのゴミがちらほら浮いていた。近くのマナド市から流れてくるのだとか。

抹香鯨の名前の意味がわかりました。それにしても鰹節みたいな形の鯨ですね。

たしかに珍しい形をしていますよね。
近頃では”鰹節みたい”というたとえも珍しいかも知れないです＾＾

On that day, my train stopped running 40-50km away from my apartment, so I had to walk back all the way. My legs ache... Otherwise me, my family, and my town are quite all right now.

We are 幸せ (happy) to hear from you. I hope your feet don't hurt too much..;) Bye the way...your pictures are beautiful. I could spend hours watching them all. Do you already have plans for a next trip? We dived at poor knights islands in new zealand..beautiful! Right now we are in California to see the national parcs. Take care!

Thanks, so far I have no particular plan of travel and I wish I won't have to travel somewhere for escaping from that troubled nuclear plant!

I have dived at Poor Knights Islands too. It was a great place to dive with a lot of good sized fish ( I saw a huge sting ray).
