なお、ISSから放出された後の最初に確認できる地域がJAですので、CW-Beaconが聞こえたらMailをくださいとことです。

CW-BeaconはRS-30と同じ内容で流れますので、RS-30の解析ソフトをそのまま使用できます。

At November 2, 2011 cargo ship “Progress M-13M” which also deliver microsatellite “Chibis-M” was docking with ISS. The main purpose of “Chibis-M” is the study of physical processes in the vicinity of the lightning, during which the Terrestrial Gamma Ray Flashes (TGFs) are generated. TGFs are likely produced by beams of very energetic electrons, which are accelerated in the intense electric fields generated by large thunderstorm systems.
The deployment of “Chibis-M” on the circular orbit on height of 500 km will be happened on the final stage of “Progress M-13M” operation. According plan of Russian  Space Control Center undocking of “Progress M-13M” occur at January 24, 01:59 msk and after two corrections it will be positioned at 500 km orbit. At January 25, 03:14 msk “Chibis-M” will begun the own flight. Beside scientific data “Chibis-M” will transmit service telemetry (the housekeeping parameters) in the beacon format on amateur band 435.315 or 435.215 MHz CW so it has additional designation as RS-39. The format of data is typical for RS satellites and attached here.
The telemetry of RS-39 can be easily received directly by schools and colleges for educational outreach purposes. This telemetry will give details of the spacecraft's health - battery voltages and temperatures of critical units. In combination with orbital data such information will be usefull as the curriculum for student lessons. The mail address for connection with radio amateurs around the world will be opened very soon on site mentioned above.
The team of RS-39 will be very much appreciated for any reception reports with “Chibis-M” voice.  Special attention must be paid for the first orbits as there are outside of control stations for “Chibis-M”. Each reports will be confirmed by special QSL card.

・FCD+HDSDR：昨日のSEEDSを受信してる画像を貼り付けておきますが、その時に左のCWが何の衛星か分かりませんでしたので、再度HDSDRで録音したWAVで確認した所Tisat-1である事が判明。

このSDRの良い所はSEEDSをFMモードで聞いていても再生する時にSSB・CWモードにすれば通常のモードで聞くことができます。

受信される時には、必ず録音をする事をお勧めします。ただし、容量が大きいですので、その点だけ注意してください。
