数日前のことになるが、ナイジェリアを拠点とする武装集団ボコ・ハラム（Boko Haram：Jamā‘at Ahl as-Sunnah lid-Da‘wah wa’l-Jihād：جماعة أهل السنة للدعوة والجهاد）が、巷で噂のイスラム国（ISIS）に忠誠を誓う声明を出した模様。

“Boko Haram could draw on the technical expertise of the ISIS network in Libya. There could be help with bomb-making and IEDs [improvised explosive devices], or command and control to help them weather the pounding they are getting from the regional military forces currently operating against them,” he said.
Segun of Human Rights Watch agreed that ISIS making inroads into Libya “is worrying for the Sahel region. In all likelihood, the two groups will have a far easier connection.”
