ベイタル・エルサレム（Beitar Jerusalem）といえば、人種差別的な運営方針（アラブ系の人達をチームに加入させない）で観客共々悪名高いイスラエルのフットボールクラブである。
そのBeitar～の観客が、今月16日にベルギーで行われたUEFAヨーロッパリーグ予選の試合（vs.スポルティング・シャルルロワ（Royal Charleroi Sporting Club））で妙な騒動を起こしていた。
なんでも、Charleroi側の観客がナチス式敬礼をしたことに反発して発煙筒をグラウンドに投げ入れたとか・・・。

Beitar are a bastion of Israel's political right-wing and a group of supporters known as "La Familia", that the club has been unable to control, have been openly abusive to Israel's Arab minority.
Israeli media said some Charleroi fans had made Hitler salutes during the fracas.
Beitar coach Slobodan Drapic said Beitar's fans had been provoked, although he did not explain why some had come to the match with the flares and smoke bombs.
It was unclear how so many devices were smuggled into the stadium.
