The following is the continuation of the previous chapter.
Take punitive damages from GE!
I am disgusted at the strange response of the Asahi Newspaper, that aside, including former Okinawa activists, the GE officials who were on the scene did not make any effort to collect the situation and escaped, the GE head office did not blame it, the fact that it let them escape is now revealed.
Incidentally, even the ‘B5b’ directory, which the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission ordered to distribute multiple auxiliary power sources, even GE did not tell TEPCO.
The result is a loss of 21 trillion yen, and additionally the excellent nuclear power industry is stagnating.
If you look so far, anyone will immediately remember the US-born PL law that ‘manufacturers are responsible if damaged by defective goods’.
Fukushima nuclear power plant cannot say anything by excluding the responsibility of GE who ‘instructed greatly’ all its design and structure.
Trump, too, appeared.
In the times where it was not possible to be at wanting to say if hearing the U.S., too, it ended.
In the new year, the newspaper, the government and the citizens again ask GE for its responsibility, and in addition I would like to collect punitive damages in the true sense.
