当時、青幇はＣＩＡ傘下のスパイ組織のような役割を担っていた。 その青幇が築いた海外ネットワークを、ファーウェイはそのまま利用しています。
だから、ＺＴＥを導入している国は30か国なのに対して、ファーウェイは170か国以上で使われている。

３年前、福岡県田川市に住む元飲食店経営の李大一さん＝当時（64）＝に話を聞いた。
李さんの伯父は戦前、筑豊地方の方城炭鉱で働いていた。
「伯父は出身地・大邱（現在の韓国）の朝鮮人村長の命令で日本に来た。でも、自らの意思で職を求めて来た半島出身者がずいぶんいたと言っていた」
日本政府が国民徴用令を制定したのは昭和14年7月。
徴用を猶予された半島出身者が対象になったのは終戦1年前の19年9月だ。
それまでは民間業者の斡旋による自由募集だった。
危険な分、炭鉱労働の給与はケタ違いで高かった。
方城町の元文化財専門委員、植田辰生さん＝当時（91）＝によると、大正９年、炭鉱労働者の賃金は米一俵（60ｋｇ）が12円の時、平均月給は37円77銭だった。
米一俵は成人男性が1年間に消費する量だ。
3年分の米をひと月でもらっていた計算だ。
取材メモを見直したのは、予想通りとはいえ、韓国最高裁が愚挙に出たためだ。
韓国人４人が新日鉄住金を相手取った訴訟だ。
いずれも徴用ではなく、募集に応じて高収入目当てに自分の意思で本土に来た。
賃金の未払い分ではなく、慰謝料を支払えと言う４人の言い分を丸のみした。
完全かつ最終的に解決されたと明記した昭和40年の日韓請求権協定を否定したものだ。
日本企業の資産差し押さえもしかねない。
日本の対応だが、紛争相手国の同意が必要な国際司法裁判所への提訴や「遺憾」の連発だけなら、何もやらぬに等しい。
経済制裁やビザ復活などの入国規制を検討すべきである。
日本は韓国に対し、有償無償で計５億＄支払った。
朝鮮半島に残した道路、港湾、鉄道、水力発電所といったインフラもすべて放棄した。

協定を破棄するなら、日本は8兆円の請求書を突き付ければよい。
