Unable to agree on ceasefire conditions. Europe is planning to send a "Trojan Horse" to Ukraine to prevent Russia from invading again. Russia is positioning Ukraine as a "buffer state" to protect it from NATO forces.

Europe is insisting on the "Trojan Horse" operation to prepare for Russia's second invasion. Macron said he would scatter "French nuclear weapons" in Europe. Putin was outraged and said he was "prepared to face" "World War III".

The biggest issue is how to guarantee the security of Ukraine. I think that all or half of Ukraine should be made into a "buffer zone" as "Putin" says.

I propose that Ukraine return "half of its current territory" to Russia, and that Russia give half of the returned area to the "Kurdish state" as a "buffer state".

British Prime Minister Starmer and French President Macron have formed a "coalition of the willing" in "Operation Trojan Horse" (sending ground and air forces) to guarantee peace in Ukraine.

It is said that about 20 countries are interested in this coalition, but it depends on the United States. They are asking the United States to protect the "Trojan Horse Army".

Europe has NATO and the EU. Why is it called a "coalition of the willing"? Because NATO and the EU are divided and have different "perceptions" of "peace".

The principles of "NATO and the EU" are the same. Italy and others have clearly said "NO" to "sending troops" to protect their own people. Therefore, the organization cannot "decide".

Russia has repeatedly stated that it will not allow "NATO countries" to participate. That is why Europe is called a "coalition of the willing".

To guarantee peace, they say, we need an international army that can convince Kiev that Russia will not attack again.

Chapter 7: When I was released from prison after completing my sentence, I read the newspaper and found out that a similar incident had occurred at the Philippine Embassy.

Philippine diplomats, embassy staff, and Filipino drivers have suffered the same damage as me.

I have also filed a criminal accusation against this case.

I and the Chinese in the 2010 immigration law violation case, and the Philippine Embassy staff and diplomats in 2013, were punished for the same reason.

I have submitted my complaint and the complaints of the Chinese and Filipinos to the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office, the Tokyo High Public Prosecutors Office, and the Supreme Public Prosecutors Office.

However, all of them were rejected. If the prosecutor accepts and rejects the case, I can request the Prosecutor's Review Board to prosecute, but I have no way to oppose the rejection.

I also appealed to political parties and Diet members. But they were all ignored.

A city council member accompanied me to the Democratic Party's legal advisor. However, the advisor's answer was that if the "principal offense" is found guilty, then the "crime of aiding and abetting" is established. Is he really a lawyer?

This case is an arbitrary misapplication of the law by police officers, prosecutors, and judges. (It is an illegal act).

In my "personal opinion," the prosecutors "concealed" the "criminal complaint" and "criminal accusation" by their "authority." Therefore, the "statute of limitations" has been suspended.

"Errors in the application of law" are not subject to "requests for retrial" under the "Criminal Procedure Law."

However, if the "crime of the inspectors and police officers involved in the case" is "proven," a request for retrial can be made.

They "arrested" us even though there was "no suspicion of a crime." And they even "detained" us. (There is a precedent for grand jury decisions.)

Requests for retrial can be made by us or by the prosecutors.
I believe that the prosecution should admit guilt and make a request for a retrial.

I will not give up. It has been 15 years since the incident.

The only country that can resolve this case is the United States.
When Trump was the former president, he promised me.

He replied with a signed letter saying, "I will resolve this in a way that satisfies you."

I hope that this time he will keep his promise.

停戦条件で合意できず。欧州はロシアの再侵攻を防ぐためウクライナに「トロイの木馬」を送るとしている。ロシアはウクライナをNATO軍の侵攻から守る「緩衝国」と位置付けている。

欧州はロシアの再侵攻に備えるため「トロイの木馬」作戦を主張。マクロン氏は「フランスの核兵器」を欧州にばらまくと発言。プーチン氏は憤慨し「第三次世界大戦」に「直面する覚悟」。

最大の課題はウクライナの安全をどう保障するか。私は「プーチン」氏の言うようにウクライナの全部または半分を「緩衝地帯」にすべきだと思う。

「トロイの木馬軍」をウクライナに派遣するのではなく、欧州諸国は「さまようクルド人」にクルド国家を与え、それをウクライナとロシアの間の「緩衝国家」にするという私の提案を採用すべきだ。

クルド国家を作るという私の提案は、当初は「唐突な」「提案」だったが、「クルド国家」を「緩衝国家」にすることは「現実的な提案」だと思う。

トランプ大統領は、フランス、ドイツ、英国を敵に回しても米軍を派遣しないだろう。トランプ大統領がクルド国家を「緩衝国家」にすることも検討してくれることを願う！

第2部「入管法違反事件」「日曜版」

「第7章」。私が「刑期満了」で「刑務所」から「釈放」されたとき、新聞を読んでいたらフィリピン大使館で同様の事件が起きていた。

フィリッピンの外交官、大使館職員やフィリッピン人の運転手などが、私と同じ被害にあっています。
私は、この事件、も、「刑事告発criminal accusation」しています。

2010年の入管法違反事件の「私や中国人」そして2013年のフィリッピン大使館の職員や外交官も同じ理由で処罰されました。

私は東京地方検察庁、東京高等検察庁、最高検察庁に、私の「告訴状」、中国人やフィリッピン人の「告発状」を提出しました。

しかし、いずれも「不受理」。検察が受理して「不起訴」にした場合は、私は「検察審査会」に「起訴」の請求ができますが、「不受理」には「対抗」する「手段」がありません。

私は、政党や国会議員にも訴えました。しかし、全て無視されました。
市会議員が、民主党の顧問弁護士の所に同行しました。しかし、顧問弁護士の回答は、「正犯the principal offense」が有罪であれば「ほう助罪」は成立するとの回答です。彼は本当に弁護士だろうか？

民主党の顧問弁護士は、司法研修所を卒業したものは、皆、同じ回答だと言います。これは、日本が「法に下で統治」されていない証拠です。

日本弁護士会に支援を求めた。日弁連には問題を解決する「力」がないとの答えだった。日本の「司法制度」は狂っている。

私は、「フェイスブックや（X）」などで、「政党や国会議員」、そして「首相官邸や人権擁護局」に「メール」をしていますが、未だに無視しています。

この事件は、警察官、検察官、裁判官による恣意的な適用法の誤りです。（不法行為です）。
罪名は、「特別公務員職権乱用罪」および「虚偽の告訴罪=Crimes of False Complaints」です。

私の「個人的な見解」では、検察官は「職権」によって「刑事告訴」と「刑事告発」を「隠蔽」した。そのため「時効」が停止されている。

「第８章」。この事件は「法的」には「適用法の誤り」です。
「適用法の誤り」は「刑事訴訟法」で「再審請求」の対象から外れています。

しかし「事件に関わったや察官や警察官」の「犯罪が立証」されると再審請求が出来ます。

1.この事件の「特別公務員」の罪名は「特別公務員職権乱用罪」です。
彼らは「犯罪の嫌疑がない」のに「逮捕」した。そして「拘留」までした。（大陪審の判例がある）。
2.そして「虚偽の告訴の罪」です。彼らは、私達を犯罪人にするために、「起訴」して「裁判」で有罪までした事実です。

再審請求は、私達や検察が出来ます。
私は検察が罪を認めて、検察が「再審請求」をするべきだとの認識です。

私は諦めません。事件から１５年です。

この事件を解決できる国は「アメリカ国」だけです。
トランプ氏は前大統領時代、私に約束しました。
彼は、「私は、貴方が満足のいく方法で解決します」と、署名入りで返事をくれた。
私は、今度こそ、約束を守ってくれることを期待しています。

トランプ大統領、一緒に「ラストベルトの復活」と「メキシコ国境の特別地帯」を作りましょう。
