I think that the realization of (MAGA) requires stabilizing the employment of workers. Japan is basically a lifetime employment system. Therefore, there is no forced dismissal associated with rationalization. I think the United States should follow suit.

I think that the decline of the automobile industry in the Rust Belt is also due to rigid labor-management contracts. This is clear from the fact that Japanese automobile companies hate the Rust Belt and build factories in the South.

I am proposing a policy to revive the Rust Belt, but in order to realize reform, we need cooperation between labor and management. The principle is that managers do not fire workers who become redundant through rationalization.

I am against "simple acquisition". The "acquisition" should be allowed under the conditions I wrote earlier. If the company is allowed to continue as it is, "USS" will go bankrupt.

I think that at first, instead of "100% investment" by Nippon Steel, 50% should be invested by the US government, and if the above is fulfilled and Americans trust Nippon Steel, the government shares should be sold to Nippon Steel and 100% investment by Nippon Steel should be allowed.

I think that the "main industry of the Rust Belt" will change from automobiles to "(AI) robots". The main customers of the "AI robot (machine tool)" are factories in the "Special Zone on the Mexican Border."

It is an absolute requirement that the products of the "Special Zone on the Mexican Border" be "more competitive than Chinese products." To achieve this, the factory equipment must be more up-to-date than that of China. "(AI robots) in the Rust Belt" are necessary for this.

"Temporary immigrants" accepted in the "Special Zone" can be employed at "low wages." Sales are to the "American market" and "export." Factories from all over the world will relocate to the "Special Zone on the Mexican Border." Of course, factories will also "advance" from China.

やはり「鉄は国家です」。「USS」を「世界一、の鉄鋼会社」にしなければ「ラストベルト」は復活しません。自動車会社も競争力を失う一方です。

私は、（ＭＡＧＡ）の実現には、「労働者の雇用」を「安定させる」ことだと思います。日本は、基本的には「終身雇用制度」です。したがって「合理化」に伴う「強制的な解雇」はありません。米国も見習うべきだと思います。

「ラストベルト」の「自動車産業」が凋落した原因は「硬直した労使関係の契約」も、あると思います。日本の自動車会社は「ラストベルト」を嫌って、「南部」に「工場を建設」していることからも明らかです。

私は「ラストベルトの復興政策」を提案していますが、「改革」を」実現するためには「労使の協調」です。経営者は合理化で「過剰になる労働者を解雇」しないことが原則です。

そして「労働者」は合理化で「過剰になる労働者を解雇」しないならば、「合理化」に協力することが原則です。

恐らく「USS」の場合、日本製鉄が買収すると、労働者の「多く」は過剰になると思います。日本製鉄は、労働者を解雇せず、給与を下げずに配置転換をする「約束（契約）」を労組とするべきです。

こうした契約は、「ラストベルト」の全ての企業に該当します。これが約束できると、私の提案の「新しい、重工業製品の工業の地帯である、ラストベルト」は実現します。

「ＵＳＳ」は生産規模を拡大にするべきです。しかし、直ぐには無理です。「自然退職」があるにで、半数は、「子会社」や「造船」などの取引先へ「出向」させます。

日鉄は「顧客」となる「ラストベルトの（造船会社や自動車会社）などの経営を強化して、「鉄鋼製品の販売増」を図ると思います。

日鉄は「ラストベルト」の「顧客」には、輸送費も安いので「特別価格」で出荷するべきです。「安い鉄鋼製品」の仕入れは「重工業の製品」の「大きな競争力」になります。

ラストベルトでの「鉄鋼製品」の「仕入れ価格」が安価にならなければ、私の「ラストベルトの復興の計画」を実現しません。「MAGA」も実現しません。

「バイデン大統領、そしてトランプ氏やハリス」は、日本製鉄の「ＵＳスチール買収計画の阻止」を主張している。私は、単純に「買収の阻止」ではアメリカの凋落だと思います。

やはり「鉄は国家です」。「USS」を「世界一、の鉄鋼会社」にしなければ「ラストベルト」は復活しません。自動車会社も競争力を失う一方です。

私は「単純な買収」には反対です。先に書いたような条件やで「買収」を認めるべきです。このまま会社を存続させれば、「ＵＳＳ」は破産します。

私は、最初は、日鉄の「１００％出資」ではなく、５０％％を米国政府の出資にして、上記の履行が果たせて、米国人が日鉄を信頼すれば、政府株を日鉄に売却して日鉄の１００％出資を認める契約にするべきです。

私は「ラスベルトの主力産業」は自動車から「（ＡＩ）ロボット」に変わると思います。「ＡＩロボット（工作機械）」の主たる得意先は「メキシコ国境の特別地帯」の工場です。

「メキシコ国境の特別地帯」の製品は「中国製品より競争力がある」ことが絶対条件です。そのためには、工場設備は中国以上の最新であることが求められます。「ラストベルトの（ＡＩロボット）」は、そのために必要です。

「特別地帯」で受け入れる「暫定移民」を「低賃金」で雇用できます。販売先は「アメリか市場」と「輸出」です。「メキシコ国境の特別地帯」には世界中から工場が移転してきます。勿論、中国からも「進出」してきます。

アメリカの「ウォール街」は「特別地帯」へ進出する企業への投資で「空前の投資ブーム」
になります。アメリカの未来は「バラ色」です。
