The restoration of the "Rust Belt" is to make it a "new heavy industry zone" that produces "new heavy industry products". And to build a "special zone on the Mexican border" to "promote exports". This should be Trump's "election pledge".

The "new heavy industry zone" in the "Rust Belt" will "strengthen" the "steel industry", and "USS" will provide "steel products" cheaply to "Rust Belt heavy industry companies".

To achieve this, the US government should invest half in "USS" and jointly manage it with "Nippon Steel". The "new (USS)" should have a "lifetime employment" employment form like Japanese companies.

The "excess" workers in the "USS" should be "seconded" to companies in the "Rust Belt" that produce "new heavy industry products".

The "Rust Belt" workers should be given "the living expenses to support their families and the (pleasure) of coming home to enjoy (beer). Therefore, workers should not be fired for "company rationalization".

The "Rust Belt workers" should throw away their "old way of thinking" and make the "steel company" a "steel company" that can compete with China and win. To do that, they should accept "staff rationalization". The absolute condition is a contract that "no layoffs".

The "rationalization goal" of the "Rust Belt companies" is to produce "products" that can "win" against "Chinese products". First of all, the "Rust Belt" needs to beat "Chinese imports" in "price, delivery time, and quality".

The "USS" should sell "steel products" at "cheap" prices to "customers" in the "Rust Belt" such as "Ford".

The "Rust Belt" should be a "concentration zone" for "companies" that use "steel products" from the "USS" as their "core."

I "nominate" Trump instead of Biden and "explain the reasons." Biden is spending "huge amounts of US tax money" on "war." If the war continues, there will be no "sources" for "reconstruction funds" in the "Rust Belt."

Another reason is "EVs." Biden will raise "import tariffs" to beat "Chinese-made EVs." He also says that he will "shift" to the production of "EVs" to protect the workers of automobile companies. This is wrong.

Biden says he will provide subsidies for the cost. That is completely useless. Western companies cannot beat "Chinese-made EVs." If they cannot win, they will lose their jobs.

Trump says he will not provide "subsidies" for the promotion of "EVs." Ford is trying to switch from "EVs" to "HVs." I think Trump will encourage the promotion of "HVs" and "light cars".

Trump should "authorize" the "production and sale" of "light cars" in the United States. He should "subsidize" the development of "hydrogen cars" and "hydrogen cartridges".

As I mentioned earlier, I think that the "Las Vegas and Belt Automobile Company" should first make a contract between the "labor and management" that "workers" will not be fired.

And the auto companies should "completely withdraw" from "EV" production and switch to "HV" production. And "automobile production" should be "AI robotized" more than Chinese auto companies.

「ラストベルト」の復興、それは「新しい重工業製品」を生産する「新しい重工業の地帯」にする。そして、「メキシコ国境の特別地帯」を建設して「輸出の促進」する。これがトランプ氏の「選挙公約」にするべきだ。

「ラストベルト」の「新しい重工業の地帯」は「製鉄業」を「強化」して、「USS」は「鉄鋼製品」を「ラストベルトの重工業の企業」に安く提供する。

そのためには「USS」に米国政府が半分を出資して「新日鉄」と共同経営とするべきだ。「新しい（USS）」は、日本の企業のように「終身雇用」の雇用形態にするべきだ。

「USS」の再建には「合理化」が欠かせない。しかし、日本のように、「労働者」を解雇せずに「配置転換」で「USS」を合理化するべきだ。

「ＵＳＳ」で「過剰」となった労働者は「ラストベルト」の「新しい重工業製品」を生産する企業に「出向」するべきだ。

「ラストベルト」の労働者には、「家族を養う生活費と、帰宅して（ビール）を味わう（楽しみ）を与えるべきだ。だから「企業の合理化」で労働者を解雇してはいけない。

「ラストベルトの労働者」は「旧来の考えかた」を捨てて、中国との競争して勝てる「製鉄会社」にするべきだ。そのためには、「人員の合理化」を受け容れるべきだ。絶対条件は「解雇をしない」という契約だ。

「ラストベルトの企業」の「合理化のゴール」は、「中国の製品」に「勝てる製品」を生産することだ。まず「ラストベルト」は「中国の輸入製品」に、「価格、納期、品質」で勝つことだ。

「ＵＳＳ」は、「ラストベルト」の「フォードなど」の「顧客」には、「格安」で「鉄鋼製品」を」販売するべきだ。

「ラストベルト」は、「USSの鉄鋼製品」を「核」として、その「鉄鋼製品を使用」する「（重工業製品）の（製造企業）」の「集積地帯」にするべきです。

私が、バイデン氏ではなくトランプ氏を「支援」する「理由」を言います。バイデン氏は「戦争」で「巨額に米国の税金」を使っています。戦争を続ければ、「ラストベルト」の「復興資金」の「財源」がありません。

もう一つの理由は「ＥＶ」です。バイデン氏は「中国製ＥＶ」に勝つために、「輸入関税」を上げる。さらに自動車会社の労働者を守るために、彼は「ＥＶ」の生産に「移行」させる、と言う。これは間違っている。

バイデン氏は、その「EV製造設備」に「補助金を出す」と言う。それはまったく無駄です。欧米企業は「中国製EV」には勝てません。

トランプ氏は「ＥＶ」の推進に「補助金」は出さないと言う。フォードは「ＥＶ」から「ＨＶ」に切り替えようとしています。トランプ氏は「ＨＶ」や「軽自動車」の促進を促すと思います。

トランプ氏は「軽自動車」の米国での「生産・販売」を「認可」するべきです。彼は「水素自動自動車」や「水素カートリッジ」の開発に「補助金」を出すべきです。

私は、「ラストベルトの自動車会社」は、前記したように、まず「労使」は「労働者」の解雇はしないという契約を取り交わすべきです。

そして自動車会社は「ＥＶ」の生産から「完全に撤退」して、「ＨＶ」の生産に切り替えるべきです。そして「自動車の生産」を中国の自動車会社より、さらに「ＡＩロボット化」して生産するべきです。

「ＡＩロボット化」して「過剰」になった「自動車の労働者」は、「ＡＩロボット」の生産に「配置転換」をするべきです。
