議長国インドネシアの「ルトノ外相」は声明で、「穀物や肥料」の「世界的な生産国であるロシア」の「支援」は、極めて「重要」だ。ロシアとの間では、とりわけ「食料安全保障の分野」での「協力」を「重視」するとしています。
