日本の安倍首相宛てに、人権を尊重して「法の下での統治、国際法に沿った司法行政を行うように」
そして「個人通報制度」を批准するように指摘する書簡を送付してください。
以下は、本日、トランプ大統領や世界のメディ大使館、国会議員などへ送信したメールです。
2017-06-12:トランプ大統領へのメール： メキシコとの国境問題は、壁建設ではなくメキシコの貧困、失業、麻薬戦争などの問題解決にトランプ大統領が力を貸してあげることが必要だと思います。
拝啓、私は日本人です。偉大な大統領を尊敬しています。
大統領は2016年8月31日に行われた、ニエト大統領の共同記者会見で、以下の5点をメキシコ政策の柱としました。１．不法移民の流入の根絶、２．国境の安全の確保、３．メキシコの麻薬組織の根絶、４．NAFTAの見直し、５．製造業のメキシコへの流入を止める。
メキシコ国境では不法移民だけでなく、麻薬、犯罪も重要な問題です。不法移民の増大はメキシコの貧困、失業、麻薬戦争などの犯罪などを逃れるのが原因だと言われています。また、アメリカへの移民が仕送りする金額は莫大であり、メキシコ最大の産業である石油輸出に匹敵するという。
大統領はメキシコとの関係だけでもたくさんの課題を抱えていますが、 「メキシコの麻薬組織の根絶」のニュースが流れてきません。
メキシコとの国境問題は、壁建設ではなくメキシコの貧困、失業、麻薬戦争などの問題解決にトランプ大統領が力を貸してあげることが必要だと思います。アメリカの自動車産業のメキシコへの流失を止めるだけでなく、中国へ流失しているアパレルや雑貨産業をラテンアメリカに引き戻す努力をするべきです。ラテンアメリカから製造業を取り上げるだけでは、ラテンアメリカ諸国は反米になり、ラテンアメリカ共同市場創設の動きが加速されることを危惧します。
国際社会は、トランプ大統領の指導力が必要です。大統領ガンバレ！
日本は不法就労する外国人と、彼ら雇用した者を平等に厳しく処分する法律になっていますが、警察官らが、彼らを雇用する経営者と癒着して外国人だけを刑事処分しています。これは、日本法だけでなく国際法違反です。私は、２０１０年「入管法違反幇助事件」日本政府から受けた不法な扱いに対して、国連のOHCHRに「個人通報制度」で提訴したいが、日本は「個人通報制度」の批准をしていません。提出書類は下記にあります。http://www.miraico.jp/?????/ 日本へ「個人通報制度」の批准勧告と国際刑事裁判所への提訴を支援してください。大統領に、幸多かれと祈る！敬具、
