若者達に希望を与えようと奮闘する女性教師と生徒達の交流を描く、ミシェル・ファイファー主演のヒューマン・ドラマ『デンジャラス・マインド 卒業の日まで』のサントラ。スコアも担当したウェンディー&リサによるエンディング・テーマ「ディス・イズ・ザ・ライフ」をトレヴァー・ホーンがプロデュース。ウェンディー&リサはプリンスのバックバンド、ザ・レヴォリューションズの元メンバー。バンドの解散後、1987年にデビュー、4枚のオリジナル・アルバムをリリースしている。二人はホーンが作曲・プロデュースした1992年の映画『トイズ』の主題歌"The Closing of the Year"でもリードヴォーカルを担当している。正式タイトルは"Music From The Motion Picture Dangerous Minds"。邦題は「デンジャラス・マインズ~オリジナル・サウンドトラック」。

1985年にZTTと袂を分かったアート・オブ・ノイズが14年ぶりにZTTに復帰した再結成アルバム。とは言え、メンバーだったJ.J.ジェクザリック、ゲーリー・ランガンは不参加。アン・ダドリーとトレヴァー・ホーン、ポール・モーリーのオリジナル・メンバーに加え、元10cc、ゴドレイ&クレームのロル・クレームが正式加入した新体制となっている。
「月の光」「亜麻色の髪の乙女」で有名なフランスのクラシック作曲家、クロード・ドビュッシーの作品をモチーフに、ドラムンベースを加えたコンセプト・アルバム。かつてのアート・オブ・ノイズの音楽とは全く異なったアプローチとなっている。ゲストとしてラッパーのラキム、ナレーションに俳優のジョン・ハートが参加。
邦題は「ドビュッシーの誘惑」。

アイリッシュ・パンク・バンド「ポーグス」のヴォーカリスト、シェイン・マガウアンのソロ1stアルバム。1991年のジャパン・ツアー時に過度の泥酔のためバンドをクビになって以来、ニック・ケイヴとの共演シングルを挟んでの待望のアルバムとなった。発売は1994年。邦題は「ザ・スネーク」。その後発表された2枚のシングル曲を加え、1995年に再発売されている。この追加された"You're The One""Haunted"2曲をトレヴァー・ホーンがプロデュース。
"You're The One"は映画"Circle Of Friends"(1995)の主題歌で、アイルランドのバンド、クラナドのリード・ヴォーカル、モイヤ・ブレナンとのデュエット。また"Haunted"はシンニード・オコナーとのデュエット曲で、後に映画"Two If by Sea"(1996)の主題歌となった。
2001年にシェインはポーグスに復帰。再結成ツアーを行っている。

近年は女優としても活躍している米国の女性シンガー、シェールの22ndアルバム。「ガンマン」「太陽はもう輝かない」「シェイプ・オブ・シングス・トゥ・カム」の3曲をトレヴァー・ホーンがプロデュース。「シェイプ・オブ・シングス・トゥ・カム」はホーンとロル・クレームの共作曲。ホーンの右腕のスティーヴ・リプソンがほか5曲をプロデュースしている。全英チャート10位、全米64位。邦題は「イッツ・ア・マンズ・ワールド」。アルバムに収録されているジェームズ・ブラウンの代表曲のカバーから取られている。
なお米盤は全11曲でその多くがリミックスヴァージョン収録と構成が大幅に異なっている。

シールの3rdアルバム。ZTTからワーナーへの移籍第1弾。ただしプロデュースはトレヴァー・ホーンが引き続き担当している。当初別のプロデューサーの元での制作を模索していたが、結局ホーンに依頼する形で落ち着いた。その混乱もあってか全英チャート44位、全米22位とセールスは惨敗に終わる。アルバム内容もダンス/テクノ調の楽曲が後退し、内省的な内容のバラードが主流となり、イメージ転換を図ったのも敗因かもしれない。(ジャケットの不気味さが一番のマイナス点かも?) 邦題は「ヒューマン・ビーイング」。
