職場の食堂の野菜カレーが美味しくて野菜スープが飲みたくなり、夕ご飯は簡単野菜料理

温野菜サラダ、レンコンのひき肉はさみ焼、

食べる時間が遅くなったのでご飯の代わりに野菜をいっぱい使用。。。

レタス、ブロッコリー、にんじん、オクラ、アスパラガス、れんこん、

長ネギ、えのき、まいたけ、しめじ、じゃがいもの１１種類

レンコンはレシピではソースをかけますが醤油で食べようと思ったけど、

何もかけずに美味しく食べられました

どくだみ茶も飲んで塩分控えめのヘルシーな夕ご飯
