３年くらいはもつみたいで、きれいでかわいい

これは去年のChristmasにNYで買って家に送った飾り物
今年はこのtreeも仲間入り

10年以上前から食べて見たかった帝国ホテルのパンケーキ
やわらかくてバタークリームもふわふわでイチゴも新鮮で完璧でした
色もきれい

ずーっと見たかったロシアのくるみ割り人形を見に行く日

the skull is the scelton of the head and is divide into two
parts;the cranium,an oval,bony case that protects the brain,
and the facial skelton,which is made up of 14 bones
ずーーっと憧れていたお菓子の家を作りました
無印良品からでているヘクセンハウスキット
これは無印良品の箱の写真
隙間が無く色も形もきれい。。。。
クッキー生地を作って型紙にあわせて切っオーブンで１２分X４回
飾り用、接着用のアイシングは粉砂糖、卵白、レモン汁で作りますが、
食紅を加えてピンクのアイシングもつくってみました
家の裏側
横から見ると屋根がすごくゆがんでいるのが良くわかる。。。。
上から。
今度は自分で型紙を作ることからはじめたら面白そう。
屋根には透明ピンクの砂糖もかけました
