More than anything else I am happy with the news that Robert (Kubica) is okay.
We hoped to get a podium and we were speculating about maybe getting third, but didn’t expect second.
More importantly, what is satisfying is I think I had a very good chance to finish second even in normal race conditions without so many safety cars, and Fernando (Alonso) being penalized.
I was pulling away from him, I had a good gap after the stop and this was unexpected.
Great thanks to the team as I think they have developed the car very well.
Until quite late we didn’t know how strong we were because I had so many problems over the weekend, especially on Saturday.
Then seeing the pace I was doing I spoke to the team and asked them to confirm that it was really as good as I thought.
The race was great and definitely the best moment was the start where I overtook Fernando and was right behind Lewis (Hamilton) in the slipstream.
In the beginning I was a bit worried about Fernando as I was not only looking forward but looking back a bit.
After that I just kept the car on the road, which was quite complicated.

I am very satisfied with third, especially as I lost a lot of time this morning and in the third practice I only did one timed lap.
We wanted to save some mileage, and then in the end I had a hydraulic problem.
It was also very difficult to get used to the track conditions as the wind has changed a lot for today.
This afternoon went quite smoothly, but I did cut the chicane on the last corner.
My hit with the wall was not a hard one compared to yesterday.
I was quite confident it would not be a big problem, but the steering was off line slightly and it actually got a little bit worse in the last qualifying session in Q3.
We came here hoping we would be stronger than in Monaco, and would be as good as we have been in the last couple of years, as BMW has always been strong on high speed circuits and so has Sauber.

ではでは、ニックのコメントです。　　
In the morning especially the track had extremely little grip, which made the car very difficult to drive.
We then did some set-up changes for the second session, but I'm still not a hundred per cent happy.
I didn't get either of the two tyre specs to work properly - neither on a single lap nor on a long run.
Shortly before the end of the second session I hit the wall with the right hand side of the car at the exit of Turn 4.
It felt pretty hard. I am surprised the car wasn't damaged.
Also in the afternoon I went straight on in the chicane because of three guys going very slowly in order to create gaps for a clear lap.
That's not a very clever thing to do on a part of the track where one approaches at 300 km/h.
