昨日になって、イスラエルでは Benyamin NETANYAHU 首相と外国の記者達の間で記者会見が行われた。

が、この会見前に、Al-Jazeera の女性記者が会場入場時に行われるセキュリティチェックの際「ブラを外すこと」を Shin Bet の職員から求められていたとか。
これを拒否した女性記者は、結局会見に参加できなかった、らしい・・・。

Responding to the incident, HELMAN said "during the event, we tried to facilitate the quick and easy entrance of foreign reporters into the hall, and even sent an announcement detailing the hours of admission ahead of time.
"I regret any mishap, but it is solely the responsibility of the Shin Bet," he said.
The General Security Service stated in response, "All guests were subjected to a security check in accordance with the customary security procedures in such events. Three female reporters refused to be examined under these procedures and decided not to attend the event."

まぁ、Shin Bet にしてみれば、普段自分達がやってることを普通にやっただけなんだろうが。
にしても、この対応ってさ、取材を求める側の立場が弱いことを良いことに侮辱を与えてるとしか・・・。

Any getting anywhere near any public official should be stip-searched including a cavity search.

What this reporter should now write in her article is that Hamaas, "palestinians", Hezbollah & the likes should stop trying to kill Israelis so that she doesn't have to be subjected to 'humiliation' to perform her job.
If the threat wasn't there...there would be no need for thorough searches.;)
Bet she doesn't though! save your outrage for the people who make this level of security a necessary thing.
