全てLAのGYPSYさんがコレクションしておりました50〜60年代のヴィンテージの無地のスウェットシャツに
一枚一枚GYPSYさんがハンドペイントしました逸品達になります。
母体自身が、ヴィンテージになりますので通販では当初難しいと思いまして実店舗のみで販売しておりましたが、
お問い合わせがあまりにも多くて、こちらも本日アップさせて頂きます。
（ヴィンテージ商材になりますので、多少の汚れや傷などはご了承お願いします。一応着用するには問題ないと
確認しておりますが、サイズなどもこの年代特有の身幅は広めで着丈が短めなどございますので、サイズスペックを
充分確認の上でご判断お願い致します。）
今回ご紹介致しますのは、WW２（第二次世界大戦）時代にNAVYのモチーフとされましたポパイやら部隊に
ニックネームなどを手書きプリントされましたヴィンテージスウェットになります。
一枚一枚GYPSYさんのハンドプリントになりますので、同じ絵柄にはなりますが、一枚一枚少しづつ違いは
ございますね。
それが、正に世界で自分自身一枚のスウェットになるのも逆に有難いと思うのは僕だけでしょうか！
先ずは、
These are all vintage plain sweatshirts from the 50s and 60s that were collected by GYPSY in LA, and each one was hand-painted by GYPSY.
The parent company itself is vintage, so we thought it would be difficult to sell them online at first, so we only sold them in our physical store, but we have received so many inquiries that we are uploading them today.
(Please note that these are vintage products, so there may be some dirt and scratches. We have confirmed that they are wearable, but the size is wide and short, which is typical of this era, so please check the size specifications carefully before making a decision.)
What we are introducing this time is a vintage sweatshirt with hand-printed nicknames of Popeye and troops, which were used as NAVY motifs during WW2 (World War II).
Each one is hand-printed by GYPSY, so although the pattern is the same, each one is slightly different.
I wonder if I am the only one who thinks it is a blessing to have a sweatshirt that is the only one of its kind in the world! First of all,

背中にもSEABEESのアイコンが描かれております。
WW２時代には海兵隊の中でも戦闘破壊部隊としてのチームのニックネームだったそうです。
ヴィンテージがお好きな方は理解されているかと思いますが、この年代の全ての特徴ですが、コットン100％の
スウェットシャツで、多分縮率計算など為されていなかったと思いますので、着丈が短い物が多いいですね。
身幅は縮まらなくて着丈だけが縮んだ状態と思って下さい。
お袖丈も縮んでいると思います。
アメリカ人には小さくなって着れなくなり廃棄したのだと思うのですが、背丈も腕も短い東洋人には割とジャスト
で着られる方も多いですね。
サイズスペックを参照してください。
（袖丈は短いですが、肩幅がありますので着用すれば問題無い場合も多いですね）
The SEABEES icon is also drawn on the back.
During WWII, it was the nickname of a team of combat demolition units in the Marine Corps.
Vintage lovers will understand, but this is a characteristic of this era, but it is a 100% cotton sweatshirt, and I don't think shrinkage calculations were done, so many of them are short in length.
Think of it as a situation where the width did not shrink, but only the length.
I think the sleeves have also shrunk.
I think they were discarded because they were too small for Americans to wear, but many Asians who are short in height and arms can wear them just right.

お袖丈も着丈に関しても問題無い状態だと思います。
ヴィンテージスウェットの場合、後ろ着丈が短い物が多いのですが、丁稚が着用しましてこんな感じになります。
ヴィンテージ物でこの年代ですから、
I think there is no problem with the sleeve length or the length of the garment.
Many vintage sweatshirts are shorter in the back, but this is what it looks like when worn by an apprentice.

NoAと同じ手描きプリントになりますが、スウェット本体の大きさが違いますので絵柄自身の配置なども変わって
おりますし、手描きになりますので全く同じプリントはございませんね。
（そこが良いところでもあるのですが）
It's the same hand-drawn print as NoA, but the size of the sweatshirt itself is different, so the placement of the pattern itself is different
and because it's hand-drawn, there are no two prints that are exactly the same.
(But that's also a good thing.)
背中のプリントも同じ絵柄になります。
The print on the back has the same pattern.
こちらは、僕が着用しまして丁度良いサイズ感になります。
インナーにfelcoに別注しましたミリタリーサーマルを着用しましても窮屈さはございませんね。
This is the perfect fit for me.
Even when I wear the military thermal I ordered from felco underneath, it doesn't feel too tight.
後ろ着丈も、こんな感じです。
インナーにT−SHやサーマルシャツなど着込まれまして裾を少し出されるのも熟れ感の演出に如何でしょう！
The back length is also like this.
How about wearing a T-shirt or thermal shirt underneath and letting the hem hang down a little to create a more mature look!
インナーにサーマルシャツなど着込み DOWN WORKSに別注しておりますNBNWなどレイヤードされるのも
お勧めですね。
最近の気候なら12月でも大丈夫そうかと！

I recommend wearing a thermal shirt underneath and layering it with NBNW, which is a special order from DOWN WORKS.

ホームスパンツィードでINCOTEXに別注しましたトラウザーズなどにチョコレートスウェードでPARABOOTに
別注しましたGUERNYなどコーディネィト為さるのもお勧めですね。
ヴィンテージ物をコーディネィトされる場合、古着は1点のみでコーディネィトされますと、大人でもガキっぽく
ならないと思いますね。
ジーパンも似合うのですが、そこは敢えてトラウザーズなどに為されますと熟れた大人の着熟しになるかと！

I also recommend coordinating trousers made from homespun tweed by INCOTEX with PARABOOTs in chocolate suede and GUERNY made to order.
When coordinating vintage items, if you only use one piece of used clothing, I don't think you'll look childish even if you're an adult.
Jeans also look good, but if you choose to pair them with trousers, it will give you a mature, mature look!

こちらはホワイトボディーにU.S.Nの手描きプリントが施されました一枚になります。
杢グレーよりキャンバスがホワイトになりますので、プリント自身も際立って表現されますね。
この緩さが日本人には中々描くのは難しいのではないでしょうか！
もっと綺麗にきちんと仕上げてしまいまして、自然な雰囲気が演出されるのが、難しいかと思いますね。
これがインポート商品の魅力でもあるのかもしれませんね。
This is a piece with a white body and a hand-painted print of the U.S.N.
The canvas is whiter than the heathered grey, so the print itself stands out.
It must be difficult for Japanese people to paint with this kind of looseness!
It would be difficult to finish it more neatly and properly to create a more natural atmosphere.
This may be part of the appeal of imported products.

でも洗濯などを繰り返していくうちに、より自然な雰囲気に仕上がりまして、世界で貴方だけの一枚に
仕上がってくれると思います。
