Three way ball valves can be divided into two types according to the internal structure,one type is T type 3-way ball valve ,another type is L type 3-way ball valve, T type ball valve is mean the ball in the valve and the port of the body are have three port ,also the port are T type, L type ball valve is mean the ball in the valve have two port, but the body have three port,also the port of the ball are L type(the angle can be 90°between inlet and outlet).
1.All of our three way ball valves are antistatic design. between the ball and seat triboelectrification when we open or closed the ball valve.on account of the seat and packing usually use the PTFE material,the static electricity can not through the stem to the body, so we we need install a metal hoodle, the static electricity just past the stem and metal hoodle to the body.thus Eliminate the static electricity.
2.All of our three way ball valves are fire safety design.we usually use the PTFE as a seat, the PTFE seat will melt and the medium will through the valve leakage out when the fire happened,so we need make a meatal seat installed in the back of the PTFE seat, the metal seat can continue to seal when the PTFE seat melting.
3.All of our three way ball valves can installation of electric actuators and pneumatic actuators
The DBB ball valve is the abbreviation for the double block and bleed ball valve.some of DBB valves have two balls and one or two needle valves,the two ball valves can opend and closed the medium and two needle valves can discharge pressure of the valves,the ball valve is designed to replace the complex form of the connection of multiple valves in traditional pipes,so as to reduce leakage points in the system and realize fast discharging and closing. The DBB ball valve saves the installation procedures,reduces pressure in the pipe system,faciliates instrument cleaning and maintence and lowers the cost.
The top flange of the ball valve designed to ISO5211,which is convenient for connection and exchange of various drivers,the common driving types are manual, electrical, pneumatic and pneumatic/ hydraulic.
