CARBIDE INDEXABLE CUTTING TOOL MARKET SHARE CAUSE ANALYSIS

2017-03-04 15:56:44 | 日記
With machining technology continues to progress, carbide indexable cutting tool in automobiles, motorcycles, heavy machinery and other industries more widely used. Judging from the current use of domestic carbide indexable cutting tool market share of less than import tool, the reason, the following main points:
1. product quality awareness is not strong, some domestic producers lack adequate tool quality consciousness. Domestic indexable material of poor quality, less variety, incomplete specifications, product quality improvement tool to increase the difficulty. From the appearance of the product quality point of view, import tool appearance, color and texture much better than domestic knives. In the product performance, compared with domestic knives and imported tooling high dimensional accuracy, good stability, high durability, removal rate, the tool and its accessories with good interchangeability, the general assembly of precision can be achieved after .
2. pre-service tool imperfect, many foreign companies have included tool selection for users, suppliers, spatula, timely replacement of other thoughtful services, while many domestic tool vendors doing enough in this regard, the service is simple and extensive.
3. small workshop production still accounts for a large proportion of the economic and other reasons, some domestic small workshop tool production plant still represents a significant proportion of production, processing, low level of technology personnel, poorly equipped, it is difficult to ensure product quality. By the tool machining quality parts and assembly tool products caused by the quality of some of the quality problems are still difficult to eliminate.

How to Choose a Foam Roller

2017-03-04 15:40:22 | 日記
Foam rolling is a form of self-myofascial release (SMR) that targets tense and overworked muscles. It is similar to myofascial release, a common technique in massage, otherwise known as deep-tissue massage. Licensed Massage Therapists use their hands, elbows or other tools to press directly on a tight muscle until it releases its tension. With the pressure created by your own body weight, you can use a foam roller on the back, hips, legs, arms, and other parts of the body, to release muscle knots. It can also be used to increase balance and core stability. Foam rollers differ in size, shape, foam type, and cost. By determining your specific uses for the Eva Foam rollers, you can buy a foam roller that fits your needs. This article will tell you how to choose a foam roller.
Try out various foam rollers at a sports supply store or local gym. Most people learn to do foam rolling through a class or a personal trainer. These classes introduce techniques that can help you make the most of your foam roller and give you exercises to use with your roller.
Determine if you will use your foam roller primarily for tissue massage or if its dominant use will be for exercises like balance and core training. Although it is not round and only rolls slightly, a half-round foam roller can increase your balance when you stand on it. It is often used by physical therapists to enhance proprioception after injury to knees or ankles. Proprioception is your body's sense of its parts in relation to each other.
Choose your firmness. A decision of firmness should be based on your experience-level with the craft foam rolls. Most foam rollers are color coded according to firmness. White rollers are the softest, followed by blue or green rollers of medium density and black foam rollers, which are the firmest.

What is a heat exchanger?

Suppose you have a gas central heating furnace (boiler) that heats hot-water radiators in various rooms in your home. It works by burning natural gas, making a line or grid of hot gas jets that fire upward over water flowing through a network of pipes. As the water pumps through the pipes, it absorbs the heat energy and heats up. This arrangement is what we mean by a heat exchanger: the gas jets cool down and the water heats up.

A heat exchanger is a device that allows heat from a fluid (a liquid or a gas) to pass to a second fluid (another liquid or gas) without the two fluids having to mix together or come into direct contact. If that's not completely clear, consider this. In theory, we could get the heat from the gas jets just by throwing cold water onto them, but then the flames would go out! The essential principle of a heat exchanger is that it transfers the heat without transferring the fluid that carries the heat.
What are heat exchangers used for?

Geothermal pool heat exchanger.

You can see heat exchangers in all kinds of places, usually working to heat or cool buildings or helping engines and machines to work more efficiently. Refrigerators and air conditioning coils, for example, use heat exchangers in the opposite way from central heating systems: they remove heat from a compartment or room where it's not wanted and pump it away in a fluid to some other place where it can be dumped out of the way.

In power plants or engines, exhaust gases often contain heat that's heading uselessly away into the open air. That's a waste of energy and something a heat exchanger can certainly reduce (though not eliminate entirely—some heat is always going to be lost). The way to solve this problem is with heat exchangers positioned inside the exhaust tail pipes or smokestacks. As the hot exhaust gases drift upward, they brush past copper fins with water flowing through them. The water carries the heat away, back into the plant. There, it might be recycled directly, maybe warming the cold gases that feed into the engine or furnace, saving the energy that would otherwise be needed to heat them up. Or it could be put to some other good use, for example, heating an office near the smokestack.
In buses, fluid used to cool down the diesel engine is often passed through a heat exchanger and the heat it reclaims is used to warm cold air from outside that is pumped up from the floor of the passenger compartment. That saves the need for having additional, wasteful electric heaters inside the bus. A car radiator is another kind of heat exchanger. Water that cools the engine flows through the radiator, which has lots of parallel, aluminum fins open to the air. As the car drives along, cold air blowing past the radiator removes some of the heat, cooling the water and heating the air and keeping the engine working efficiently. The radiator's waste heat is used to heat the passenger compartment, just like on a bus.

If you have an energy-efficient shower, it might have a heat exchanger installed in the wastewater outlet. As the water drips past your body and down the plug, it runs through the heat exchanger coils. Meanwhile, cold water that's feeding into the shower to be heated pumps up past the same coils, not mixing with the dirty water but picking up some of its waste heat and warming slightly—so the shower doesn't need to heat it so much.
