Many tourists come from mainland Japan and places outside
of Japan to Okinawa to enjoy the beautiful nature and
unique culture.
But, what would happen if a major disaster struck
your first time in a new place?
You might be very worried and probably not know what
to do.
A new initiative has been launched known as tourism
crisis management.
The goal is to help tourists feel at ease and keep
themselves safe if something were to happen.
To do this, it is important that the people of Okinawa
be considerate of others, especially visiting tourists.
